本系列機型采用連桿式針送布送料機構， 連桿挑線(xiàn)，旋梭勾線(xiàn)，構成雙線(xiàn)鎖式線(xiàn)跡。上下軸用螺旋傘齒輪傳動(dòng)，圓盤(pán)式針距調節機構，杠桿式倒順縫機構，全自動(dòng)潤滑。針送布方式使送料特性更加穩定，縫料層之間不會(huì )產(chǎn)生滑移。高低速縫紉，倒順縫針距誤差極小，可廣泛適用于襯衫，服裝廠(chǎng)縫制絲綢、尼龍化纖等類(lèi)似薄料織物。KS-A920R-D3B型采用電子伺服電機，數字電路控制，具有自動(dòng)剪線(xiàn)，自動(dòng)定針位，自動(dòng)定針數等數項自動(dòng)縫紉模式，性能穩定，操作效率高。
This series of models adopts the connecting rod type needle feeding cloth feeding mechanism, the connecting rod takes the thread, and the rotary shuttle hook line forms a double line lock type stitch. The upper and lower shafts are driven by spiral bevel gears, disc type stitch adjustment mechanisms, lever type reversing stitching mechanisms, and fully lubricated. The needle feeding mode makes the feeding characteristics more stable and no slippage between the seam layers. High and low speed sewing, reverse stitching distance error is very small, it can be widely used in shirts, garment factories sewing silk, nylon chemical fiber and other similar thin fabric. KS-A920R-D3B use electronic servo motor, digital circuit control, automatic cutting, automatic needle position, automatic needle number and other automatic sewing mode, stable performance, high operating efficiency.
