二，一次成型試模, 二次成型試模產(chǎn)品尺寸：
1、一次成型試模組裝后型腔尺寸為：長(cháng)120mm±15mm（可調節）； 寬120mm±10mm（可調節）；高115mm±5mm
2、二次成型試模組裝后型腔尺寸為：長(cháng)240mm±15mm（可調節）； 寬120mm±10mm（可調節）； 高65mm±5mm

三，一次成型試模, 二次成型試模使用方法：
1、一次成型試模組裝后，用潤滑油進(jìn)行抹刷，然后把磚試樣放入試模中，在中間和兩邊插入插板以確定厚度，前后方向用膠皮密封，初步擰緊螺絲固定試樣，取出插板，A終擰緊螺絲。把固定好樣品的試模放到振動(dòng)臺上加入專(zhuān)用凈漿制樣。
2、二次成型試模組裝后，用潤滑油進(jìn)行抹刷，放入專(zhuān)用凈漿材料，然后把磚試樣放入試模中的頂絲上，頂絲保證凈漿厚度不超過(guò)3mm，用螺絲把試樣固定，放到振動(dòng)臺上進(jìn)行振動(dòng)，待凈漿材料硬化后拆模重新對另一面進(jìn)行加工。
Third, the method of use:
1. After assembling the primary test mold, brush with lubricating oil, then put the brick sample into the test mold, insert the insert plate in the middle and both sides to determine the thickness, seal the rubber in the front and rear direction, and initially tighten the screw. As such, remove the insert and tighten the screws at the end. Place the test piece with the sample fixed on the shaker table and add the special paste sample.
2. After the assembly of the secondary molding test, the brush is brushed with lubricating oil, and the special paste material is placed, and then the brick sample is placed on the top wire in the test mold, and the top wire ensures that the thickness of the paste does not exceed 3 mm. Fix the sample with screws and put it on the vibrating table to vibrate. After the pulp material is hardened, the mold is removed and the other side is processed.
四，一次成型試模, 二次成型試模保養：
試模使用結束后，把試模表面用鏟刀清理干凈，然后用潤滑油進(jìn)行涂涮，以方便下次使用。
Fourth, maintenance:
After the test pattern is used, clean the surface of the test mold with a blade and then apply it with oil to facilitate the next use.
