本機采用連桿挑線(xiàn)、旋轉梭勾線(xiàn)、縫制雙線(xiàn)鎖式線(xiàn)跡、倒順送料、全自動(dòng)供吸油泵、螺旋錐齒輪傳動(dòng)，主要零部件采用高級合金鋼制成，因此機器變速縫時(shí)運轉平穩，振動(dòng)小，噪音低，安全可靠，經(jīng)久耐用。
