SP10 全自動(dòng)煙點(diǎn)測定儀 ASTM D1322 ASTM D1655
煙點(diǎn)的測試方法是石油行業(yè)中最古老的測試方法之一，也是從未自動(dòng)化的手動(dòng)測試方法之一。手動(dòng)測試要求具有經(jīng)驗、熟練的技術(shù)人員，而且測試很耗時(shí)間。
如今試驗中依靠目測作為評定方法的缺點(diǎn)在于受操作人員主觀(guān)判斷的限制。目測的方法對實(shí)驗人員來(lái)說(shuō)也是非常具有挑戰性和危險性的。
The SP 10 帶來(lái)了煙點(diǎn)檢測的新革命。它使用了攝像機觀(guān)測火焰并可調節火焰大小的系統。當火焰達到測試方法要求的形狀時(shí)，The SP 10 會(huì )對火焰高度進(jìn)行存儲和報告。

意義和用途
本方法為處在火焰狀態(tài)下的煤油和航空渦輪燃料提供了有關(guān)發(fā)煙性能的指標。煙點(diǎn)與組成這些燃料的碳氫化合物的類(lèi)型有關(guān)。一般情況下，燃料中含有的芳香烴越多，發(fā)煙性越大。一個(gè)高的煙點(diǎn)表示這種燃料具有較低的發(fā)煙趨勢。
煙點(diǎn)很大程度上與燃料燃燒中輻射熱能的熱傳遞有關(guān)。因為輻射熱能的傳遞受到燃燒器金屬溫度和其他燃氣渦輪部分發(fā)熱區域的強烈影響，而煙點(diǎn)則為這些部件相接觸的燃料提供了相關(guān)燃料特性的依據。
原理

The smoke point method is one of the oldest test methods in petroleum industry. It is one of the last manual methods that has never been automated before. To be able to run manually this test, it requires high skilled technicians with a long experience and in addition it is time consuming.
The current visual rating method used for specification purposes suffers from the drawback of operator subjectivity. The visual measurement of an open flame is a very challenging exercise and very dangerous for lab personal.
The SP 10 revolutionizes this test. It uses a system that adjusts the size of the flame associated to a video camera that observes the flame. When the flame gets the shape described in the test method, the SP 10 memorizes and reports the height of the flame.

The SP 10 is an automated instrument that strictly follows the test method with an improved precision. It eliminates the subjectivity inherent to the manual test. The visual rating of the flame varies from one operator to another. Thanks to the digital imaging, the height of the flame which has the shape described in the test method is precisely observed and it is always recorded in the same conditions.In addition, the SP 10 eliminates all safety risks linked to the visual observation of an open flame. The test is carried unattended which drastically reduces labor.
Significance and Use
This test method provides an indication of the relative smoke producing properties of kerosines and aviation turbine fuels in a diffusion flame. The smoke point is related to the hydrocarbon type composition of such fuels. Generally the more aromatic the fuel the smokier the flame. A high smoke point indicates a fuel of low smoke producing tendency.The smoke point is quantitatively related to the potential radiant heat transfer from the combustion products of the fuel. Because radiant heat transfer exerts a strong influence on the metal temperature of combustor liners and other hot section parts of gas turbines, the smoke point provides a basis for correlation of fuel characteristics with the life of these components.
Principle
The SP 10 uses a patented system based on a video camera that observes the flame and an actuator thatadjusts the size of the flame. The flame image is digitalized and the dedicated software determines the height of the flame when its shape corresponds to the one described in the test method. This specific flame is the one with the maximum height without smoke generation.
