    江陰紫外線(xiàn)耐老化試驗箱用途:紫外線(xiàn)是導致幾乎所有暴露于戶(hù)外的材料發(fā)生降解的主要原因。Q8老化試驗機模擬太陽(yáng)光中的紫外線(xiàn)部分,UVA-340燈管可*佳模擬太陽(yáng)光的短波段。它特別適用于比較不同種類(lèi)聚合物和穩定劑之間的性能差異。它是用于材料相關(guān)性研究的*好的燈管。

    紫外光是造成戶(hù)外產(chǎn)品光降解作用的主要因素。Q8的熒光紫外燈可模擬陽(yáng)光中*重要的短波紫外光,再現光照引起的材料物理性能的老化。根據不同的測試條件,有幾種不同的紫外燈管可供選擇。

    Q8燈管   
    UVA-340
    燈管. UVA-340 燈管可地模擬太陽(yáng)光中的短波紫外光,即從365 納米到太陽(yáng)光截止點(diǎn) 295 納米的波長(cháng)范圍。

    UVB-313燈管. UVB-313 燈管發(fā)出的短波紫外光比通常照射在地球表面的太陽(yáng)紫外線(xiàn)強烈,從而可以*大程度的加速材料老化。然而,該燈管可能會(huì )對某些材料造成不符合實(shí)際的破壞。UVB-313 燈管主要用于質(zhì)量控制和研究開(kāi)發(fā),或對耐候性的材料運行測試。

    Q8 潮濕模擬

    Q8提供兩種潮濕模擬方法。應用*多的是冷凝方法,它是模擬戶(hù)外潮濕侵蝕的*好方法。所有的Q8型號都可運行冷凝循環(huán)。因為有些應用條件也要求使用水噴淋以達到實(shí)際的效果,所以有些Q8型號既可運行冷凝循環(huán)又可運行水噴淋循環(huán)。

    冷凝 
    在很多戶(hù)外環(huán)境中,材料每天的潮濕時(shí)間可長(cháng)達12小時(shí)。研究表明造成這種戶(hù)外潮濕的主要因素是露水,而不是雨水。Q8通過(guò)的冷凝功能來(lái)模擬戶(hù)外的潮濕侵蝕。在冷凝循環(huán)中,通過(guò)加熱試驗機底部水盤(pán)來(lái)產(chǎn)生水蒸汽。熱的水蒸汽使試驗箱在較高溫度下保持99%相對濕度。 Q8的設計中,試樣實(shí)際上構成試驗箱的側壁,試樣的背面暴露在實(shí)驗室室內空氣中。室內空氣的冷卻作用導致試樣表面溫度比水蒸汽溫度低幾度,從而保證水蒸汽會(huì )連續不斷地在樣品表面凝結。這種冷凝水是很穩定的純凈蒸餾水。

    水噴淋
    在某些實(shí)際應用條件下,例如陽(yáng)光下,聚集的熱量由于突降的陣雨而迅速消散時(shí),材料的溫度就會(huì )發(fā)生急劇變化,產(chǎn)生熱沖擊,這種熱沖擊對于許多材料而言是一種考驗。Q8的水噴淋可以模擬熱沖擊和/或應力腐蝕。
