倒吊桶式蒸汽疏水閥它是利用冷凝水和蒸汽的密度差的工作原理，內部結構是由杠桿系統連接倒吊桶，克服蒸汽壓力開(kāi)關(guān)倒吊桶式疏水閥內部是一個(gè)倒吊桶為液位敏感件，倒吊桶開(kāi)口向下。裝置剛起動(dòng)時(shí)，管道內出現空氣和低溫冷凝水，此時(shí)疏水閥是全開(kāi)放，空氣和低溫冷凝水迅速排出，裝置很快提升溫度。當蒸汽進(jìn)入倒吊桶內，倒吊桶產(chǎn)生向上浮力，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動(dòng)閥心關(guān)閉閥門(mén)。倒吊桶上開(kāi)有一小孔，能自動(dòng)排空氣，當一部份蒸汽從小孔排出，另一部份蒸汽產(chǎn)生凝結水，倒吊桶失去浮力向下沉，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動(dòng)閥心開(kāi)啟閥門(mén)。當蒸汽再進(jìn)入倒吊桶內，閥門(mén)再關(guān)閉，循
環(huán)工作，間斷排水
倒吊桶式蒸汽疏水閥是機械型蒸汽疏水閥中堅固的疏水閥之一，它的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是：不怕水擊，能連續排不冷凝氣體，抗污性能好；背壓≥90%，所有內件都是不銹鋼制造，耐磨損、抗腐蝕；球形閥心和閥座是線(xiàn)接觸，密封性能好，使用壽命長(cháng)；間斷排水和連續排水，能排接近飽和溫度冷凝水，使加熱設備達到理想工作效率。倒吊桶式蒸汽疏水閥的閥座處于水密封的保護下，工作時(shí)無(wú)活蒸汽泄漏，節能效果好。
它適用于石油、化工、印刷、造紙、制藥等工業(yè)蒸汽加熱設備和蒸汽管網(wǎng)的阻汽排水。
Inverted Bucket Trap
The interior of the inverted bucket steam trap:this valve adopts the operating principles of density difference between condensate water and steam,ａnd the leverage system connects with inverted bucket to form its internal structure,thus controlling the open and close of the steam pressure.The interior of the inverted bucket steam trap is an inverted bucket,a liquid level sensitive part,with the bucket's opening downward.When the device just started,air and low temperature condensate water occur in the pipes,at the moment the steam trap opens thoroughly,the air and low-temperature condensate water are discharged rapidly and the temperature of the device rises immediately.When any steam enters into the inverted bucket,the bucket will obtain buoyancy and the fixed lever of the bucket drives the valve core to close the valve.There is small aperture on the inverted bucket,which can discharge air automatically.As some of steam is discharged from such aperture,while other steam produces condensate water.The inverted bucket loses the buoyancy and sinks down and its fixed lever drives the valve core to open the valve.When the steam re-enters into the bucket,the valve will close again.It repeats the said procedures to discharge water intermittently.
優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
1、對凝結水的發(fā)生量適應性強，既可間歇排放，又可連續排放。
2、內部裝有大排量的雙閥座差壓機和SCCV關(guān)閉系統，體積小而排量大。
3、內部零件全部采用不銹鋼制造，并且安裝在閥蓋上維修保養極為方便。
4、背壓率高（90%）。
5、汽水分離可靠（水汽經(jīng)U型通道從閥下部進(jìn)入），閥內始終處于水封狀態(tài)，有效阻止蒸汽泄露。
6、敞口型的浮子抗水擊，吊桶上設有排水孔，可有效防止蒸汽氣鎖、空氣氣堵現象（非凝結性的高溫空氣也排除）。7、與杠桿機構結合制造高壓閥。
Merits

6.Water-resistant open floater with gas vent through the bucket's vent,effective to prevent steam locking or air blocking(except the non-confensed high-temperature air).
7.Suitable to be joined with lever mechanism for producing high-pressure valve.
