一、功能特點(diǎn)：

二、安裝示意圖：

在新開(kāi)井工程中，天然氣撬裝疏水閥的安裝，應在主體工程結束，完成系統試壓和管道吹掃作業(yè)之后進(jìn)行。若在安裝疏水閥之后進(jìn)行試壓和吹掃管線(xiàn)，則應將疏水閥橇與系統隔離，啟用旁通管線(xiàn)進(jìn)行吹掃，以避免疏水閥內部受到污染。

二、Installation diagram：

 三、安裝、維護：

1、該疏水閥應水平安裝，在管線(xiàn)路較低位置，閥前應裝截止閥、過(guò)濾器，同時(shí)安裝旁通閥。

2、本疏水閥安裝完畢，開(kāi)啟進(jìn)口截止閥，再開(kāi)啟出口截止閥，疏水閥開(kāi)始正常運行連續排水作業(yè)。

3、安裝方向：閥體上的箭頭指向與管道流體方向一致。

4、排污：由于在疏水閥運行時(shí)，會(huì )有雜質(zhì)等污物隨凝結水進(jìn)入疏水閥腔內，應及時(shí)清除，以確保疏水閥的正常工作。排污時(shí)，首先關(guān)閉疏水閥前與后的截止閥，然后打開(kāi)底部排污球閥，再慢開(kāi)進(jìn)口截止閥，以凝結水沖洗本閥內腔渣物，直至將內部沖洗干凈為止。

5、為確保天然氣撬裝疏水閥橇裝長(cháng)期正常運行，疏水閥使用三個(gè)月，應進(jìn)行次維護檢查保養。次維護保養時(shí)須制造廠(chǎng)專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員現場(chǎng)進(jìn)行技術(shù)指導，對疏水器內部零件磨損、腐蝕情況和沉降污物情況進(jìn)行檢查和相應調整，并根據污物沉降等情況進(jìn)行分析，為使用單位提供運行、排污等建議，便于使用單位確定保養檢查和排污作業(yè)周期。

6、天然氣撬裝疏水閥橇裝投入運行后，即為全自動(dòng)作業(yè)，無(wú)需人為操作，但仍須保持日常巡視管理工作。使用單位應堅持巡檢制度，以便發(fā)現問(wèn)題及時(shí)處理，并不斷總結運行經(jīng)驗，結合本單位實(shí)際情況制定更加切實(shí)有效的切實(shí)有效的運行管理制度，使產(chǎn)品更好發(fā)揮應有的作用。
