SUNPLUS 黑點(diǎn)檢測儀的用途Application
按相關(guān)國家標準分析樹(shù)脂片或顆粒的雜質(zhì)黑點(diǎn)的大小、數量，以及黑點(diǎn)顆粒占比數。
This equipment evaluates the number and size of blackspot,as well as the ratio of blackspot in beads,for resin sheet or pellet
in accordance with relevant industry standard or code.
適用于透明、半透明、不透明的膜片、顆粒，如PP、PE、PVC、PPS 等等。
Applicable for inspection and analysis for transparent or semitransparent or even opaque materials,such as PP,PE,PVC,PPS，etc.
也適用薄膜等透明體的黑點(diǎn)和內在疵點(diǎn)的檢測和分析。
Also can be used to detect and analyze black spots or defects of inner quality in transparent film.
SUNPLUS 黑點(diǎn)檢測儀的技術(shù)指標Specifications
1. 測量規格：0.1mm,0.2mm,0.3,0.4mm,0.8mm,1.0mm,1.2mm，…,等等,按選用的標準，可在軟件界面選定。

Detects the size and quantity of blackspot,as well as the ratio of BS in beads.

Provides mapping of blackspots or inner quality,as well as the defected bead.

Bead is inspected by using transparent tray in batch.
9. 透明薄膜直接平鋪在檢測平臺上進(jìn)行檢測，無(wú)需對薄膜作黑化或貼紙處理。
Transparent film is directly spread on the inspection platform for detecting,without any pretreatment by blackening or paper
back stick process.
