一，砌墻磚攪拌機概述：
適用于工業(yè)與民用建筑砌墻磚抗壓強度制備用試驗設備。使用前務(wù)必仔細閱讀說(shuō)明書(shū)。并由專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)驗人員操作，以避免操作不當引起的傷害。如需了解更多資料請與我公司客服人員聯(lián)系。根據GB/T 25044-2012《砌墻磚抗壓強度試樣制備設備通用要求》技術(shù)規程設計生產(chǎn)的新型強度試驗攪拌設備。是拌制凈漿的專(zhuān)用設備，控制系統采用程控變頻技術(shù)，具備轉速連續可調、數字顯示、外型美觀(guān)、操作方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
I. Overview:

三，砌墻磚攪拌機操作規程:
使用前把攪拌機放到水平的工作臺上面，把攪拌機與操作柜電源連接好,然后按下啟動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)再慢慢旋轉調速開(kāi)關(guān)，攪拌開(kāi)始。
Third, the operating procedures:
Put the mixer on the horizontal workbench before use, connect the mixer to the power supply of the operation cabinet, then press the start switch and slowly rotate the speed control switch, and the stirring starts.
四，砌墻磚攪拌機注意事項：
★使用前要仔細閱讀說(shuō)明書(shū)，嚴格按操作規程使用。
★開(kāi)機前必須接好接地線(xiàn)裝置，工作中A隨意拆除，以免發(fā)生觸電。
★機器工作時(shí)，手不準伸入攪拌鍋內，以免發(fā)生意外。
★發(fā)現機器有故障應立即停機，找專(zhuān)業(yè)人員檢查。
★攪拌完成后將料桶及攪拌葉拆下后清洗，涼干保存。
★攪拌鍋拆，裝時(shí)一定要輕拿輕放，以免磕碰變形無(wú)法正常使用。
Fourth, note:
★ Read the instructions carefully before use and strictly follow the operating procedures.
★The grounding wire device must be connected before starting the machine. A can be removed at will during operation to avoid electric shock.
★ When the machine is working, the hａnd is not allowed to reach into the mixing pot to avoid accidents.
★ If the machine is found to be faulty, stop it immediately and look for a professional check.
★ After the mixing is completed, the drum and the mixing blade are removed, cleaned, and stored dry.
★ Mix the pot and disassemble it. It must be handled gently when it is installed, so as to avoid the deformation of the bumper.
