一、反光膜防粘紙可剝離性能測試儀性能特點(diǎn)：

STT-106反光膜防粘紙可剝離性能測試儀符合我國國家標準GB/T18833-2012《公路交通標志反光膜》及JT/T687-2007《反光膜防粘紙可剝離性能測試儀》的測定要求。

1、重錘質(zhì)量：6600g±33g
2、重錘外形尺寸：
a)重錘頂部：長(cháng)（150±10）mm，寬（63±5）mm，高（80±5）mm。
b)重錘底部：長(cháng)（150±10）mm，寬（25±5）mm，高（20±5）mm。

四、反光膜防粘紙可剝離性能測試儀操作步驟
裁取25mm×150mm的反光膜試樣，在其上放置符合JT/T687要求的6600g±33g重錘，使反光膜受到17.2kPa的壓力，然后置于70℃±2℃的空間里放置4h。取出反光膜，在標準測試條件下使之冷卻到室溫。試驗后，反光膜無(wú)需用水或其他溶劑浸濕，防粘紙即可方便的手工剝下，且無(wú)破損、撕裂或從反光膜上帶下粘合劑等損壞出現。

1、為了確保試驗重錘的準確，應妥善保管并定期檢驗；
