石膏壓力試驗機由機架、測力、示值、油泵、送油及回油閥等部件組成，各部件均安裝于一個(gè)座箱上構成一個(gè)整體。
石膏抗壓強度試驗機使用操作方法：
試驗人員在作試驗前應對試件A大載荷有所估計，以便選用相應的測量范圍，才能得到準確的數據。例如：某試件估計A大載荷不超過(guò)50kN的就應選用60kN的量程，而不用150kN用300kN的量程，如估計試件A大載荷不超120kN的就應選用150kN的量程而不選取用300kN的量程，這樣是為了保證試驗結果數據更能準確。

Operation method of gypsum compressive strength testing machine:
The tester should estimate the large load of specimen A before conducting the test, so that the corresponding measurement range can be used to obtain accurate data. For example, if a test specimen is estimated to have a large load not exceeding 50 kN, a range of 60 kN should be used instead of 150 kN and a range of 300 kN should be used. This is to ensure that the test result data is more accurate.
石膏壓力試驗機的安裝、試車(chē)及保養：
①試驗機應安裝在清潔、干燥、溫度均勻，周?chē)鸁o(wú)震動(dòng)，無(wú)腐蝕性氣體影響的房子里。
②安裝地點(diǎn)應位置適當，便于操作和維護保養。安裝地基應牢固可靠，地腳螺釘應對準底座。
③機體的水平調試方法：
用0.10/1000方水平儀測量工作缸臺面，找縱橫水平至±1格，若超出±1格，可在底座下面加墊鐵校正，擰緊地腳螺母。
Installation, commissioning and maintenance of plaster pressure testing machine:
