三、防水卷材低溫柔度儀使用方法：

★時(shí)間設置：根據材料試驗所需恒溫時(shí)間設置。即到達設定溫度后延時(shí)若干時(shí)間開(kāi)始頂起試件。

★溫度的設定：在SV/PV正常顯示狀態(tài)下，按一下“SET"鍵，使SV顯示處于閃爍狀態(tài)，通過(guò)按“＜"鍵，找到所需定溫度的位數，再按上升或下降鍵，設定到所需溫度值，設定完畢后，再次按一“SET"鍵，使儀表轉到SV/PV正常顯示狀態(tài)。

★清零鍵的使用：當到達設定溫度及時(shí)間，彎曲軸向上以360mm/min的速度向上提起彎曲軸開(kāi)始試驗，即一個(gè)試驗完成，按下下降鍵使其回位，按下清零鍵待下一次試驗。

If one or more cracks penetrate from the coating layer to the carcass layer, or completely penetrate the unreinforced coil, then cracks exist. A group of five test pieces shall be tested separately. 四、防水卷材低溫柔度儀安裝與調試：

★把水槽放入低溫箱內，加入冷凍液。冷凍液用任一混合物：

—丙烯乙二醇/水溶液（體積比1：1）低至-25℃，或—低于-20℃的乙醇/水混合物（體積比2：1）。液面高度為100mm，放入試件冷凍液達到規定溫度后，開(kāi)始保持在該溫度1h±5min。

五、防水卷材低溫柔度儀儀器維護：

★低溫制冷儀的低溫柔度儀可長(cháng)期保持運行，低溫柔度儀可長(cháng)期放在低溫制冷儀內，可隨時(shí)進(jìn)行試驗。

★當不銹鋼容器內的冷凍液不足時(shí)，應及時(shí)添加冷凍液。

★長(cháng)期不用或改變用途時(shí)，將低溫柔度試驗儀由低溫制冷儀取出來(lái)，將低溫柔度試驗儀柔度棒組件用水沖洗干凈冷凍液烘干保存，不銹鋼容器內的冷凍液妥善安置。
