QCJ-120漆膜沖擊器工作原理：
由控制器螺釘將帶有掛鉤的重錘固定在所要求的高度上，其高度即滑筒刻度所示高度刻線(xiàn)與定位標刻線(xiàn)重合。按壓控制螺釘則控制器彈簧被壓縮，此時(shí)控制滑塊的圓孔與控制器上蓋及控制器下底的圓孔對正使掛鉤脫落，重錘落下，撞擊沖桿，沖桿向下作用在事先放在枕墊塊上的試板上。之后，提升重錘體，取出試板，以觀(guān)察試板上漆膜試驗情況。

調零。檢查定位標是否對零線(xiàn)，如有偏差，將重錘降落到滑筒底部（因沖桿部分裝有復位彈簧，重錘需沿滑道向下按壓，才能降到底部）。調節定位標兩側螺釘。使定位標上刻線(xiàn)與零線(xiàn)重合。
底座留有二個(gè)安裝孔，可用M12螺栓將沖擊器穩裝在平坦的地面或工作臺上。

試板的放置。把備妥的試板放置在枕墊塊上，且緊貼于枕墊塊凹孔，漆膜朝上，使受沖擊點(diǎn)距試板邊緣不少于15mm，或在試板中間處。若使用一個(gè)試板作數次試驗時(shí)，應使每個(gè)沖擊點(diǎn)邊緣相距不少于15mm。
重錘投放高度的設置。同時(shí)松動(dòng)控制器螺釘，控制器件可按滑筒兩側滑道上下移動(dòng)。根據試驗要求，先取高度時(shí)，請將定位標上刻線(xiàn)與滑筒刻度線(xiàn)重合即可，將控制器螺釘擰緊、固定。
試驗舉例。依照標準中的有關(guān)規定，完成重錘投放高度的設置，將制備好的試板置于枕墊塊上。按壓控制螺釘，重錘即自由地落在沖桿上，沖桿將沖擊力傳給枕墊塊上的試板。將重錘提升起，由控制器掛住重錘上的掛鉤，取出試板。用4倍放大鏡觀(guān)察，判斷漆膜有無(wú)裂紋、皺紋及剝落等現象。本試驗舉例僅供參考，具體的試驗方法，以標準中的有關(guān)規定為準。

Test example. According to the relevant provisions in the standard, complete the setting of the height of the weight hammer, and place the prepared test plate on the pillow block. When the control screw is pressed, the weight is freely dropped on the punch, and the punch transmits the impact force to the test plate on the pillow block. Raise the weight, hold the hook on the weight by the controller, and remove the test plate. Observe with a 4x magnifying glass to determine whether the paint film has cracks, wrinkles and peeling. This test example is for reference only. The specific test method is subject to the relevant provisions in the standard.

儀器應置于干燥、清潔、無(wú)腐蝕性氣體環(huán)境中。儀器應經(jīng)常保持清潔，運動(dòng)部分靈活。
當控制器因保管或使用不當有障礙時(shí)，可用內六角扳手松開(kāi)支臂上M10內六角螺釘，將滑筒卸下，然后擰下控制器螺釘，重錘及兩側螺釘，由管底部用改錐卸下定位標支架緊固螺釘，即可將控制器取出進(jìn)行清潔、修理。
