虹吸筒試驗進(jìn)行步驟
★取代表性試樣試樣700-1000G,試樣應清洗潔凈直至顆粒表面無(wú)塵土和其他污物。
★將試樣浸入水中一晝夜后取出晾干,對大顆粒試樣宜用干布擦干表面,并稱(chēng)晾干試樣質(zhì)量。
★將清水注入虹吸筒至虹吸管口有水溢出時(shí)關(guān)管夾，
虹吸筒4將試樣緩緩放入虹吸筒中，邊放邊攪拌，至試樣中無(wú)氣泡逸出為止，攪動(dòng)時(shí)水不得濺出筒外。
★當虹吸筒內水面平穩時(shí)開(kāi)管夾，讓試樣排開(kāi)的水通過(guò)虹吸管流入量筒，稱(chēng)量筒與水總質(zhì)量，準確至0.5G,并測定量筒內水溫,準確到0.5 ℃.虹吸筒
★取出試樣烘至恒量、稱(chēng)烘干試樣質(zhì)量，準確至0.1G，稱(chēng)量筒質(zhì)量，準確至0.5G
Siphon tube gravimeter test steps
★ Take a representative sample of 700-1000G, the sample should be cleaned until the surface of the particles is free of dust and other contaminants.
★ Immerse the sample in water for a whole day and then take it out to dry. For large particle samples, dry the surface with a dry cloth and weigh the sample.
★Inject the clean water into the siphon tube until the siphon tube has water overflow.
The siphon cylinder 4 slowly puts the sample into the siphon cylinder, and while stirring, until no air bubbles escape from the sample, the water should not splash out of the cylinder when stirring.
★ When the water surface in the siphon cylinder is stable, open the pipe clamp, let the water discharged from the sample flow into the measuring cylinder through the siphon, weigh the cylinder and the total mass of the water to the nearest 0.5G, and measure the water temperature inside the measuring cylinder to the accuracy of 0.5 °C.
★ Take out the sample and bake it to a constant amount, say the quality of the dried sample, accurate to 0.1G, weighing the cylinder, accurate to 0.5G
