    高精密鋼領(lǐng)：1、采用特種軸承鋼材料，經(jīng)多次鍛打成坯，使內部晶粒結構極其細致、緊密、均勻，熱處理性能極其穩定，變形量極小。2、采用進(jìn)口專(zhuān)用設備一次精加工成形，確保鋼領(lǐng)制造的精度高，一致性好，為細紗縮小錠差提供了保證。3、表面經(jīng)納米光整技術(shù)處理，光滑細膩，表面粗糙度Ra＜0.2μm，磨擦系數極小，上車(chē)走熟期極短，鋼絲圈運行平穩，拎頭輕，斷頭率低，適應高速，與合適的鋼絲圈匹配后能明顯降低成紗毛羽，提高成紗質(zhì)量。4、表面采用高科技精密鍍技術(shù)，保證了鍍層細膩均勻一致，厚度在8μm以上，鍍層附著(zhù)牢固，長(cháng)期使用不脫落，表面硬度不低于1050HV0.2，耐磨性能好，穩定的使用壽命是普通鍍鉻鋼領(lǐng)的5倍以上。5、特別適用于緊密紡中紡高支、特高支紗的要求。是替代進(jìn)口鋼領(lǐng)的。
