     廣隆富牌GLF4A-200自動(dòng)線(xiàn)條機(豪華型)集成傳統線(xiàn)條機各項優(yōu)點(diǎn)的基礎上進(jìn)行全新設計，針對客戶(hù)需求對線(xiàn)條的加工生產(chǎn)做了一次傳統的改變，同時(shí)提供了一種集成表面拋光、雙側面拋光為一體的線(xiàn)條機，線(xiàn)條一次性加工成成品，真正做到一步到位。也同時(shí)解決了大落差外墻線(xiàn)條難題，是目前同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品無(wú)法媲美的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，本設備占地面積小、一人操縱便可完成一切，在傳統的線(xiàn)條設備加工的基礎上節約了大量人力、物力資源，是線(xiàn)條生產(chǎn)轉型的高效率設備。
    A new design of Guang Long Fu card based GLF6A-250automatic molding machinge integrated the advantages of traditional line machine ,according to customer demａnd for the first line production made a subversion of the traditional change ,Also solves the big drop exterior line problems, are the advantages of similar products at present can’t match,this equipment has the advantages of small occupation area, one person operation can complete all ,saving a lot of manpower ,material resources in line processing equipment based on the traditional resources in line processing equipment based on the traditional production lines,is the preferred equipment transformation.
     技術(shù)突破：
         1.便捷對刀，保持所有工作磨輪吻合一致。

    2.快速、穩定、安全換輪，為更換磨輪節約大量時(shí)間。

    3.恒壓力自動(dòng)補償，打破傳統的補償方式避免線(xiàn)條表面魚(yú)鱗狀振紋。

    4.磨輪主軸30/50快速互換，外墻線(xiàn)條用50軸，內墻線(xiàn)條用30軸，大大節約磨料成本。

    5.可裝外徑140-300磨輪，加工內外墻線(xiàn)條均可，一 機多用。

    6.缺料自動(dòng)懸停報警，避免損傷機器。

    7.集成雙側面拋光，無(wú)須專(zhuān)人操作，大大減少人工車(chē)成本。

    8. 普通線(xiàn)條、線(xiàn)條雙邊拋光、 弧形線(xiàn)條加工 三合一。
