主要特點(diǎn)（main feature:）
1、改進(jìn)了模轉盤(pán)內部設計，采用原裝日本直線(xiàn)軸承，保證了設備的精度以及使用壽命。
2、采用凸輪下置設計，增加了壓力霧化油泵，保持凸輪槽內潤滑，減少磨損，延長(cháng)零部件使用壽命。
3、選用加大凸輪分度箱，成為國內少數幾家采用RU100與RU100分度箱配套使用的企業(yè)，雖增加了成本，但大大提高了機器的穩定性與使用壽命。
4、采用電腦控制，無(wú)級變頻調速，數碼顯示達到操作方便，醒目直觀(guān)。
5、采用對計量盤(pán)下平面為基礎,三維調節機構,間隙均勻,保證了裝量差異,計量準確,控制在±3.5%內。
6、增加設計了膠囊控制開(kāi)關(guān)（在機體外控制，更安全便捷）。
7、增加了點(diǎn)動(dòng)控制系統，便于生產(chǎn)及清洗中的人性化操作。
