LF DY01-1 離子風(fēng)槍

LFDY01-1離子風(fēng)槍是一款手持式的靜電消除專(zhuān)用設備。屬?lài)娮焓匠o電產(chǎn)品的一種。具有安裝簡(jiǎn)易、工作安全穩定、消除靜電速度快的特點(diǎn)。特別適合于各種卷繞式機器和印刷機器以及流水線(xiàn)上使用。

節：作用原理

LFDY01-1離子風(fēng)槍產(chǎn)生大量的帶有正負電荷的氣團，并用壓縮空氣快速吹出，將經(jīng)過(guò)它離子輻射區內的物體上所帶的電荷中和掉。當物體表面所帶為負電荷時(shí)，它會(huì )吸引輻射區內的正電荷，當物體表面所帶為正電荷時(shí)，它會(huì )吸引輻射區內的負電荷，從而使物體表面上的靜電被中和，達到消除靜電的目的。

SECTION1:DESCRIPTION

4.5不得擅自進(jìn)行修理和改裝。

第五節:安裝及操作:

LFDY01-1離子風(fēng)槍要配備DY01-1高壓發(fā)生器一起使用。將風(fēng)槍連接線(xiàn)末端帶旋鈕的插頭插入高壓發(fā)生器高壓輸出插孔，旋鈕順時(shí)針旋轉到頭，然后將風(fēng)槍連線(xiàn)的接地線(xiàn)連接到高壓發(fā)生器外側的接地柱上，并確認接地良好后，將高壓發(fā)生器的電源插頭插入帶有接地線(xiàn)的插座上（注意高壓發(fā)生器的使用電壓），將風(fēng)槍電源固定安裝到合適的位

置，插上壓縮氣管，打開(kāi)高壓發(fā)生器電源即可工作。離子風(fēng)槍在使用一段時(shí)間后,離子針周?chē)鷷?huì )發(fā)生積塵,請定期進(jìn)行清潔.清潔時(shí)要關(guān)

斷電源。

TheLFDY01-1IonizingAirGunisdesignedtoworkwiththeTheLFDY01-1powersupplyat5.6kvA.C.output.Caremustbetakennottoconnecttoavoltageotherthanthe4.6kvspecified,otherwisepermanentdamagetotheproductmayoccur.NB:Donotoperate

inflammableorexplosiveatmospheres.PleaseensurethattheH.T.cablesecuringglandisfirmlytightened–Thisinsuresagoodearthconnection.Failuretofitsecurelywillpreventionizationandmayresultinthepistolbecominglive,whichcancauseoperatorshocks–Whilstharmlessthisexperiencecanbeunpleasant.

Maintenance

Keeptheguncleanandfreefromoil,waterandparticlecontamination.Useairdryingandcleaningfilterregulatorwith5micronfiltration.Ensurethatallconnections,pipeworkandfilterregulatorswillallowminimum15CFMofairflow.Cleanandpurgefilterregulatorsperiodicallyandcheckforcontaminationintheairdeliverypipe.Cleanaroundtheelectrodepinwithapipecleanerorcylindricalsoftbrassbrush.Ensuretheplasticinnerliningisfreefromgreyorblackcarbonizedresidue.Thepointoftheelectrodepincanbecleanedbypushingapencilenderaserontotheelectrodepinandrotating.Blowouttheloosedebrisandre-fitthenozzlecapbeforere-connectingthehighvoltagesupplyandoperating.

1.保用期凡本公司出售的產(chǎn)品保用期為一年，自出售日起一年內因產(chǎn)品自身機件、材料及工藝問(wèn)題造成的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，本公司免費修理。

2.保用期后的服務(wù)凡本公司出售的產(chǎn)品保用期過(guò)后仍負責對產(chǎn)品的免人工費修理，以保護客戶(hù)的利益。

This warranty does not apply to any physical or electrical damage caused by misuse, abuse or negligence. Any unit with altered or removed serial number is ineligible for warranty.
