DEF-H貼標機是上海陸甲自動(dòng)化科技有限公司研發(fā)應用于口紅端面貼標的產(chǎn)品，陸甲的技術(shù)人員經(jīng)過(guò)重新設計提供了與國際同步的標識解決方案，并且大膽摒棄以往轉盤(pán)式模具貼標方式，采用直線(xiàn)式V型模具輸送物料，大大改善了轉盤(pán)式模具容易刮花貼標物料表面的問(wèn)題，同時(shí)有效解決了更換尺寸大小不一、形狀不同的物料便要更換轉盤(pán)模具的問(wèn)題，既提高了產(chǎn)能又節省了生產(chǎn)的成本。本系統可同時(shí)滿(mǎn)足圓柱形、方柱形物料的貼標需求，穩定貼標速度為60-70件/分鐘。
DEF-H is the latest product developed by Shanghai Lujia Automation Technology Co., Ltd. for lipstick end face labeling. The technicians of Lujia have been redesigned to provide an internationally-identified logo solution, and boldly abandon the previous rotary mold labeling method. The use of linear V-shaped mold to convey materials greatly improves the problem that the rotary mold is easy to scratch the surface of the labeling material, and effectively solves the problem of replacing the rotary mold with different materials of different sizes and shapes, which improves the problem. Capacity also saves on production costs. The system can meet the labeling requirements of cylindrical and square cylindrical materials at the same time, and the stable labeling speed is 60-70 pieces/min.
