自動(dòng)封口貼標機
基本用途
◆ CSL-H貼標簽機屬于自動(dòng)紙盒雙封口貼標機系列，專(zhuān)用于盒子轉角貼標，在盒子上平面與側平面轉角貼標，起到防拆開(kāi)作用。主要應用于撲克、電子產(chǎn)品包裝盒的防拆標簽貼標。
可選配在線(xiàn)打印貼標機或噴碼機到貼標頭，可實(shí)現在標簽上打印電子監管碼、生產(chǎn)日期、批號和噴印條碼、二維碼追溯等信息。
可選視覺(jué)檢測設備、輸送帶/傳送帶，實(shí)現對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行視覺(jué)檢測剔除功能，可增加自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)、流水線(xiàn)及碼垛機器人對后段包裝產(chǎn)品的裝箱、封箱等。

工作原理
◆ 核心工作原理：傳感器檢測到產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過(guò)，傳回信號到貼標控制系統，在適當為位置控制系統，控制電機送出標簽貼附在產(chǎn)品待貼標位置上，產(chǎn)品流經(jīng)覆標毛刷，一張標簽的貼附動(dòng)作完成。
◆ 操作過(guò)程：放產(chǎn)品（可接流水線(xiàn)）—>產(chǎn)品輸送（自動(dòng)實(shí)現）—>產(chǎn)品檢測（自動(dòng)實(shí)現）—>貼標（設備自動(dòng)完成）—>毛刷覆標—>收集已貼標產(chǎn)品（流入下一段流水線(xiàn)）。
Automatic Sealing and Labeling Machine
Basic uses
CSL-H labeling machine belongs to the series of automatic carton double-sealing labeling machine. It is specially used for labeling box corner. It labels on the top and side plane corner of the box, and plays an anti-disassembly role. It is mainly used for anti-disassembly labeling of packages of poker and electronic products.
Optional on-line printing labeling machine or jet printer to label head can print electronic supervision code, production date, batch number and jet printing bar code, two-dimensional code traceability and other information on the label.
Optional visual inspection equipment, conveyor belt/conveyor belt can be used to realize visual inspection and removal of products. Automated production lines, assembly lines and stacking robots can be added to pack and seal the back packing products.

Working principle
_Core Working Principle: The sensor detects the product process, sends back the signal to the label control system, in appropriate position control system, controls the motor to send out the label and attach it to the position of the product to be labeled, the product flows through the label brush, and the label attachment action is completed.
