機器特點(diǎn) Machine Features
1. 高效率，省人工一個(gè)人操作兩個(gè)滑臺；
2. 機器帶有安全防護裝置，防止工人在工作中受傷害；
3. 精確的熔斷功能，本機利用組合帶刀模具或合金鋼刀，在高周波熔接程序完成后通過(guò)增壓在模具刀位直接裁斷材料，以降低熔接后用裁斷機裁斷的錯位廢品，大大提高生產(chǎn)效益及降低材料成本。
4. 高靈敏度火花保護當火花產(chǎn)生時(shí)，能迅速切斷高周波振蕩電源，保護模具和物料；
5. 設備設有防射頻電磁場(chǎng)干擾的保護裝置，符合國際安全指標的要求，使操作者免受高頻輻射的傷害。

3. Accruancy. In order to reduce the misplaced jejects made by traditional cutting way, after welding the material with high frequency, our machine cuts it with supercharge at the position of the steel knife which installed at the mould.
4. High sensitivity anti-spark system which can automaticlly cut off the power if machine over current or occurs spark to protect the material and mould.
5. No High Frequency Radiation,In order to anti-disturbing other electric devices like cellphone, computer and so on the machine, equiped with good shielding device, can reduce the leakage of radio wave greatly.
