     (一)用途

    用于生產(chǎn)以MOCA  BDO為擴鏈劑的澆注型聚氨酯彈性體制品。如工業(yè)用膠輥、礦山用篩板、液壓密封圈、光伏導輪、汽車(chē)轉向軸球碗、石油清管器、旋流器、輸送管道內襯等
    (二)性能,特點(diǎn)
    1、節能省電，采用電磁加熱，生產(chǎn)效率高，升溫快
    2、計量準確，高精度低速齒輪泵，誤差≤5‰
    3、澆注頭，浮動(dòng)式機械密封，防止倒料
    4、制品配有真空脫氣系系，表面無(wú)氣泡。
    5、整機由PLC程序控制，自動(dòng)化程度，智能化程度高。
    6、可選加色系統，降低成本，提高效益
     Use
       Used for production's taking MOCA as to expａnd a sprinkling of chain to note a type to gather the ammonia ester elastic body product.Use gum Gun and mineral mountain such as the industry with the i plank, hydraulic to seal completely turn and light  to lead a round, car to change direction pure tube machine of the stalk ball bowl, petroleum and  to flow a machine, transport a piping inner pad...etc.

    1, economy energy province electricity, adopt electromagnetism heating, produce an efficiency high, heat quickly
    2, calculate accurate, high accuracy low speed wheel gear pumps, error margin ≤ 5 ‰
    3, sprinkle to note a head, the float type machine seals completely and prevent°from pouring to anticipate
    4, the product have vacuum to take off spirit to fasten, surface have no bubble.
    5, the whole machine is  by the PLC procedure, automate degree, the intelligence turns degree high.
    6, can choose to add color system, decline low cost, raise efficiency
