Actions Micro炬力北方的AM836x系列包括了AM8360D、AM8360B、AM8362D三種型號，是一款針對多媒體應用的高度集成混合信號SoC處理器。
AM836x嵌入式CPU是一款高性能、低功耗的32位RISC核，具有DSP指令擴展，運行速度可達700MHz。AM836x處理器采用硬連線(xiàn)多格式視頻編碼器，支持多種流行的視頻格式，包括：全高清分辨率的H.264。AM836x集成無(wú)損或近無(wú)損圖像/視頻壓縮和解壓縮模塊，可通過(guò)1Gbit/s以太網(wǎng)傳輸RGB888格式的1080P視頻,AM836x處理器不僅集成了HDMI Tx與HDMI Rx接口，還內置1個(gè)USB OTG控制器、UART、I2C、SPI等通訊接口，并且內置512Mb DDR2內存芯片，因此無(wú)需在PCB上掛DDR2內存，有效的降低了用戶(hù)成本與縮減了方案設計尺寸，是一款巨具性?xún)r(jià)比的音視頻全高清顯示解決方案。
