適用于汽車(chē)內飾行業(yè)用品腳墊、座椅、頂棚、方向盤(pán)、門(mén)板，裝潢材料墊板革、地板磚，地毯、包裝行業(yè)珍珠棉、海綿，橡塑制品拼圖等行業(yè)的大型自動(dòng)裁斷設備。
1.大噸位，大臺面，精密四柱缸自動(dòng)平衡雙連桿機構，保證每一個(gè)裁斷位置裁斷進(jìn)度±0.1mm,可用不銹鋼作為墊板直接裁切。
2.裁斷頭下壓時(shí)在接觸裁刀10mm前自動(dòng)緩速，兩級加壓，上工作板下壓至裁刀時(shí)轉柔性切斷，使裁斷多層材料時(shí)，最上層與最下層沒(méi)有尺寸誤差。
3.因裁斷平衡精確，可以極大減少刀模及裁板的損耗，裁斷邊緣有更好的效果，能更加減低裁斷板的的消耗。
4.設定構造，配合截斷刀及裁斷高度，使沖程調整簡(jiǎn)單、準確。
5.微電腦控制系統，刀模深度設定及上升沖程，均于屏幕觸控，大大提高壓力穩定性，亦具備自我監測功能，操作簡(jiǎn)單快捷?？筛鶕ぷ魉璧赌Ｐ螒B(tài)進(jìn)行多組記憶存儲，更換刀模時(shí)，可不必再從新進(jìn)行刀模的設定。
6.雙工位操作，兩邊可設定不同刀模的高度及裁切不同的材料，人機界面，PLC可編程式控制，雙邊馬達步并式自動(dòng)送料送料機構。令生產(chǎn)效率提高2-3倍。
7.采用進(jìn)口液壓系統和中國臺灣，日本電器配套，省電，噪音小，操作簡(jiǎn)單，高效發(fā)揮工作效率。
8.裁斷工作區域有安全光柵保護裝置，CE安全標準，確保操作安全。

Computer controlled high precision four-cylinder four-column hydraulic continuous cutting machine for roll materials
It is a large-scale automatic cutting equipment in the industries of automotive interior decoration, such as foot pad, seat, ceiling, steering wheel, door panel, decorating material pad leather, floor tile, carpet, packing industry EPE, sponge, rubber and plastic products.
1.The large-tonnage precision double-cylinder four-column double-connecting rod automatic balancing mechanism with a large platform guarantees cutting depth precision up to ±0.1mm at cutting position, and stainless steel plate can be used as backing material during cutting.
2.The cutting head performs slow cutting when it is pressed down 10mm before the die cutter, and two-stage pressure presses down the upper working platform to contact the die cutter by which the material is cut in flexible and rotary way ,which ensures there is no size error between the uppermost layer and lowermost layer of the multi-layer material.
3.Well-balanced cutting helps significantly reduce the wear and tear of die cutter and cutting plate, and deliver excellent cutting edges.
4.Specially design structure, well-designed die cutter and appropriate cutting height makes it easy to adjust the stroke accurately.
5.The touch screen makes it easy to operate the micro-computer control system, set the cutting depth of die cutter and ascending stroke to provide more stable pressure. Self-test function makes it easier and faster to operate the machine . Different types of die cutter requires to be replaced.
