熒光磁粉探傷檢測系機電一體式結構。由電源控制系統、送料機構、復合磁化機構、磁懸液噴淋回收系統、轉動(dòng)觀(guān)察系統、熒光燈系統、下料退磁機構等組成。專(zhuān)門(mén)以濕式磁粉法探傷檢測接箍類(lèi)等環(huán)型件的表面、近表面的各種裂紋和細微缺陷。
Fluorescent magnetic particle inspection is an electromechanical integrated structure. It consists of a power supply control system, a feeding mechanism, a composite magnetization mechanism, a magnetic suspension spray recovery system, a rotation observation system, a fluorescent lamp system, a blanking demagnetization mechanism and the like. Wet magnetic particle inspection is specially used to detect various cracks and minor defects on the surface and near the surface of ring-shaped parts such as couplings.
控制電路采用可編程控制器PLC集中控制，具有手動(dòng)控制和自動(dòng)控制功能，手動(dòng)控制時(shí)可進(jìn)行設備的每個(gè)功能動(dòng)作的手動(dòng)操作控制，自動(dòng)控制時(shí)設備自動(dòng)執行PLC內部自動(dòng)程序，實(shí)現送料→夾緊（穿棒）→噴淋→磁化（兩次）→繼續送料→轉動(dòng)機構上升→轉動(dòng)（觀(guān)察）→旋轉90℃→轉動(dòng)（觀(guān)察）→下料退磁等一系列動(dòng)作的半自動(dòng)化控制,程序自動(dòng)循環(huán)執行。在程序執行過(guò)程中如需立即結束，按動(dòng)設備的復位按鈕開(kāi)關(guān)，程序立即結束，自動(dòng)回到初始位置。
The control circuit adopts PLC centralized control with manual control and automatic control functions. During manual control, the manual operation control of each functional action of the equipment can be carried out. During automatic control, the equipment automatically executes the PLC internal automatic program to realize the semi-automatic control of a series of actions such as feeding → clamping (threading) → spraying → magnetization (twice) → continuous feeding → lifting of the rotating mechanism → rotation (observation) → rotation at 90℃→ rotation (observation) → blanking demagnetization, and the program is automatically and circularly executed. If the program needs to be finished immediately during execution, press the reset button switch of the equipment, and the program will be finished immediately and automatically return to the initial position.
磁化電流采用可控硅無(wú)觸點(diǎn)無(wú)極調壓技術(shù)，交流磁化均帶斷電相位控制，既適合連續法又適合剩磁法探傷檢查，復合磁化一次性顯示裂紋缺陷，使用更安全方便。
Magnetization current adopts SCR contactless stepless voltage regulation technology, AC magnetization is controlled with power-off phase, which is suitable for both continuous and remanence flaw detection. Composite magnetization displays omnidirectional crack defects at one time, and is safer and more convenient to use.
