概述（Summarize）：
JGR-QX全自動(dòng)履帶式超聲波清洗線(xiàn)適用于去除零部件內外面附著(zhù)的油污、灰塵等雜質(zhì)。該設備有1個(gè)噴淋清洗室、1個(gè)超聲波清洗室、1個(gè)噴淋漂洗防銹室、1個(gè)壓縮空氣切水室、1個(gè)熱風(fēng)烘干室，共5個(gè)工位。其工作原理是人工將欲清洗工件放置不銹鋼履帶上，然后按照一定的工藝程序清洗、烘干后卸料。設備外形美觀(guān)，結構合理，使用壽命長(cháng)，是理想的金屬件清洗設備。
JGR-QX full-automatic crawler ultrasonic cleaning line is suitable for removing oil stains, dust and other impurities attached inside and outside parts. The equipment has a spray cleaning chamber, an ultrasonic cleaning chamber, a spray rinsing antirust chamber, a compressed air water cutting chamber and a hot air drying chamber, with a total of 5 stations. The working principle is to manually place the workpiece to be cleaned on the stainless steel crawler, then clean and dry the workpiece according to a certain technological procedure, and then discharge the workpiece. The equipment has beautiful appearance, reasonable structure and long service life. It is an ideal cleaning equipment for metal parts.

Special stainless steel mesh belt is made of special technology, which makes the equipment safe and reliable；
根據工件清潔度要求，任意調節清洗時(shí)間；
