    三坐標測量?jì)x測量范圍：

    - 主要包括測量：尺寸精度、定位精度、幾何精度及輪廓精度等。
    任何工件的形狀幾乎都是由三維空間點(diǎn)組成的，所以所有的幾何量測量都可以歸納成三維空間點(diǎn)的測量，故此精確地進(jìn)  行空間點(diǎn)坐標的采集，是測定所有幾何形狀的基礎。

    - 主要用于工件的三維測量，例如：汽車(chē)零部件制造，模具刀具，3C電子產(chǎn)品，注塑精密加工行業(yè)等。


    CROMA 564 三次元的特點(diǎn)：

    - X向橫梁采用超高剛性精密鋁合金橫梁，通過(guò)減輕運動(dòng)負荷從而提高了整機的性能，是保證穩定性和剛性的結構設計。
    X beam has adopted the ultra rigidprecise aerometal. This structure is the best solution to lighten main carriage’s weight and improve main carriage’s stability and rigidity, so can greatly improves CMM’s performance. 
    - Y軸采用?？怂箍但@得的整體燕尾型導軌，提高了測量機的精度和重復性。
    Patented precision-machined dovetail guideway in Y axis improves CMM’s accuracy and repeatability.
    - 三軸均采用同步帶驅動(dòng)，結構緊湊、不打滑、速度快、噪音低、易維護。
    All machine axes’ transmission mode is timing belt, whose compact, nonskid structure makes it has excellence of high speed, low noise and easy maintenance. 
    - Z軸采用可調氣動(dòng)平衡，運動(dòng)平穩；并可在緊急情況下自動(dòng)制動(dòng)，保證安全。
    Pneumatic counterbalance (adjustable) for Z axis, which makes Z axis operate stably, with automatic brake on emergency condition and keep CMM in safety. 
    - 三軸均采用TESA高精度光柵。
    TESA High-precision optical scale is used for all the three axesaxes are equipped with the scales.
    - 電機遠程放置減少了移動(dòng)質(zhì)量，提高了速度，也避免了電機發(fā)熱對機器性能的影響。
    Remote mounted drive motors reduce moving mass for faster setting, and dissipate heat away from the machine frame.
    - 配備的坐標測量軟件，可滿(mǎn)足任何通用車(chē)間檢測需要。
