配備特點(diǎn)：

    1、主軸以及圓刀使用無(wú)級變速系統，可做高低無(wú)級調速及正反轉切換控制。

    2、臺板左右移位和進(jìn)退刀均采用進(jìn)口高精密步進(jìn)系統及進(jìn)口PLC控制切割寬度及進(jìn)退刀切割和磨刀系統，配合進(jìn)口精密滾珠絲桿及滑軌移位，高壽命，不易磨損，使切割寬度的精度達到0.1mm，zui窄切割寬度為2mm，進(jìn)刀切割時(shí)平行快速推進(jìn)，速度采用無(wú)極調速，可分段控制，紙管容易切斷，達到高精度快速切出高品質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品。

3、操作界面采用高精度電腦觸摸屏，所有操作，只需要一個(gè)畫(huà)面，可同時(shí)設定六種分切寬度和次數，并顯示實(shí)際切割次數，并設有手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)轉換及磨刀手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)轉換功能。

5、配備數控自動(dòng)雙面磨刀系統，電腦控制砂輪，自動(dòng)進(jìn)退，并根據刀片大小自動(dòng)定位，可設定磨刀次數及時(shí)間，自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)旋轉，自動(dòng)停止，采用金剛石砂輪磨削，經(jīng)久耐用，不易發(fā)熱，刀片磨后光潔度高，使用壽命是普通白玉剛砂輪的十倍，刀片不用拆卸，即可磨刀。刀片*保持鋒利，達到*裁切質(zhì)量，并附有自動(dòng)吸塵裝置，保持布料及軌道清潔。

特征

跟CJ-170ZM全自動(dòng)切捆條機相比（以下均以CJ-170ZM表示）：

1. a擁有電腦自動(dòng)雙面磨刀系統，并可根據客戶(hù)自己的要求，設定切多少次數磨一次刀，磨刀耗時(shí)多少，磨刀裝置會(huì )自動(dòng)根據程序操作。B：CJ-170ZM采用的是手搖式將砂輪靠近刀片兩側，讓刀片與砂輪放置一旁磨，達到刀片鋒利，需人工退砂輪。
2. 進(jìn)刀采用雙步進(jìn)電機系統控制，進(jìn)刀步驟分為‘慢-快-慢’；而以往CJ-170ZM，采用絲桿電機帶動(dòng)進(jìn)刀，速度總保持一樣，較為緩慢。雙步進(jìn)電機系統比絲桿電機帶動(dòng)速度高一倍。
3. 控制方式：a：采用高精度觸摸屏控制，任何步驟只需要一個(gè)界面，而且反應速度靈敏；CJ-170ZM采用LED按鍵式顯示屏控制，按鍵使用久了，容易導致按鈕及其電路板損壞，每個(gè)步驟有不同的操作界面。b：雙數控還采用了獨立十字開(kāi)關(guān)控制進(jìn)刀-退刀，臺進(jìn)-臺退，機器工作中，如有情況改變，可以用及時(shí)控制。
4. 刀片防護罩：雙數控擁有將刀片一半以上保護在防護罩內，內置有風(fēng)扇和流水槽來(lái)冷卻刀片。
5. 效率：CJ-170SM雙數控切捆條機切一捆布所耗的時(shí)間是CJ-170ZM所消耗的時(shí)間的一半
