配備特點(diǎn)：

1、主軸以及圓刀使用無(wú)級變速系統，可做高低無(wú)級調速及正反轉切換控制。

2、采用進(jìn)口PLC及進(jìn)口高精密步進(jìn)系統控制切割寬度及進(jìn)退刀切割系統，配合進(jìn)口精密滾珠絲桿及滑軌移位，高壽命，不易磨損，使切割寬度的精度達到0.1mm，zui窄切割寬度為2mm，進(jìn)刀切割時(shí)平行快速推進(jìn)，速度采用無(wú)極調速，紙管容易切斷，達到高精度快速切出高品質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品。

3、操作界面采用LCD中文顯示屏，所有操作，只需要一個(gè)畫(huà)面，可同時(shí)設定四種分切寬度和次數，并顯示實(shí)際切割次數，并設有手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)轉換功能

4、配備雙面磨刀系統，采用金剛石砂輪磨削，經(jīng)久耐用，不易發(fā)熱，刀片磨后光潔度高，使用壽命是普通白玉剛砂輪的十倍，刀片不用拆卸，即可磨刀。刀片*保持鋒利，達到*裁切質(zhì)量，并附有自動(dòng)吸塵裝置，保持布料及軌道清潔。

5.采用快速放料設計，一步到位。上料下料只須一個(gè)動(dòng)作即可完成。 

6、電路采用各個(gè)獨立控制系統，每條線(xiàn)都做有標號，診斷維修簡(jiǎn)單快捷，不易出故障。

7、夾布卡盤(pán)配有安全防護罩，不傷人。電線(xiàn)配有工程塑料鏈條保護，電線(xiàn)不容易折斷，不容易老化。
