超載轉鼓（Superload Drum）

簡(jiǎn)介:

      該轉鼓是當今世界上用于毛皮浸水、浸灰、鞣制加工工序的設備。
 該轉鼓由于特殊的內分離構造，使得皮塊在轉鼓中旋轉的效果與常規轉鼓中*不同。在該轉鼓內，溶液和皮塊產(chǎn)生一種轉鼓的機械效果增加了皮塊和溶液的接觸時(shí)間，溶液能夠被封閉在擋板的上方，直接的效果：就是皮塊始終與較低的溶液一起工作，加速化學(xué)物質(zhì)對皮塊滲透。
      由于鼓內的特殊構造，常規轉鼓φ4200×4500一般裝皮量10噸，而此轉鼓能裝載18~20噸皮，同樣在消耗水方面比常規轉鼓約節約53%，電節約33.3%，并且也縮短了加工時(shí)間,成為理想的節能環(huán)保性轉鼓。

Brief Introduction:
         This type of drum is one of the reasonable drum today using in the soaking,liming,and tanning process.

        With the special inner structure,this drum makes different effection on the leather than the normal drum during it process.When the drum turns,the solution can be hold on lthe top of the board that the mechanical effection of the solution and the leather make enhance of their contacts.Leather always stay with lower solution and can absorb very well.Due to this special structure, the normal φ4.2X4.5M can only load about 10 ton once but this drum can load about 18-20 ton of leather at one time.It can save 53% water,66.7% electricity and surely shortened the time.This is a reasonable environment protection drum.
