Welcome to use ZS-6 series automatic bobbin winding machine. This series of machines is a special equipment for automatic winding of bobbin thread for thick sewing machines. 本機器操作簡(jiǎn)單，在使用前請仔細閱讀說(shuō)明書(shū)，在*了解本機器的性能和操作程序的前提下，正確使用本機器。

1、安裝注意事項本機電源為AC220V、50HZ，功率約為40W。
1. Installation precautions: the power supply of this machine is AC220 V, 50 Hz, and the power is about 40 W.
2,注意：ZS-6自動(dòng)底線(xiàn)繞線(xiàn)機所有開(kāi)關(guān)、線(xiàn)路均有220V電壓，在斷電之前絕不能拆裝機器，機身必須接地。
2. Attention: all switches and lines of zs-6 automatic bobbin winding machine have voltage of 220 v. the machine must not be disassembled and disassembled before the power is cut off, and the body must be grounded.
3,ZS-6自動(dòng)底線(xiàn)繞線(xiàn)機不可使用不同規格的梭芯（每次只能放入同種規格的梭芯，如混雜放入、機器可能出現故障）。

4,放入落料盤(pán)中梭芯的數量80只，請注意不要超出設定量，不然會(huì )出現故障。

5,必須使用不變形的合格梭芯，否則底線(xiàn)不能繞在梭芯上。

6,報警紅燈亮表示：盤(pán)中的梭芯用完，或線(xiàn)已用完，這時(shí)機器停止運轉。只需加入梭芯，或換上新線(xiàn)機器可恢復正常工作。

7,梭芯繞線(xiàn)量的多少可調節壓線(xiàn)簧片、螺絲，使簧片高低來(lái)完成繞線(xiàn)量的多少。理想的繞線(xiàn)量是所用梭芯的80%為好。
