自動(dòng)鎖緊鈕扣裝置，自動(dòng)小紐扣送料托板，可閉式縫線(xiàn)加高裝置 。
Adopt automatic lock button device, automatic small button delivery plate, and closed stitching heightening device.
主要特點(diǎn)：
1 、氣自動(dòng)化底扣送料托板，使釘制時(shí)輕松放置底扣，并自動(dòng)將底扣精準的送至縫制點(diǎn)；
Adopt automatic base button delivery plate, make it easy to put the base button, and can delivery the base button to the sewing point automatically and precisely .
2、采用氣動(dòng)裝置加高縫線(xiàn)高度。達到繞扣需求尺寸，高度尺寸可調分別為6㎜8㎜10㎜；
Adopt pneumatic device to rise up the sewing height. The height can be adjusted to 6mm, 8mm or 10mm according to the requirement of the buckle.
3、專(zhuān)用鈕夾在釘制時(shí)氣動(dòng)鎖緊面扣，使釘扣過(guò)程更輕松；
The dedicated button clip can lock the surface buckle pneumatically when sewing, make the button attaching process easier.
4、佳島專(zhuān)用電控能精準采集機械動(dòng)作信號，并迅速向各部位動(dòng)作氣缸發(fā)出動(dòng)作指令，緊密配合機械系統輕松完成子母扣定制工作；

5、配裝了縫線(xiàn)加高開(kāi)關(guān)，便于需繞扣和無(wú)需繞扣的工序切換，裝有LED照明燈；
Equipped with LED light and sewing thread rise up switch, convenient for process change between need button wiping and non-need button wiping.
6、采用了*的齒輪、連桿、擺齒全包油技術(shù)，使機器更加耐磨，不易損壞，使用壽命更長(cháng)；

9、針棒無(wú)油。*的車(chē)式機頭無(wú)油化設計，特制針桿，車(chē)縫時(shí)不會(huì )有油污染車(chē)縫物，大大提升車(chē)縫品質(zhì)；

10、設定方便，縫距快捷鍵立即調整車(chē)縫密度、操作方便。調整范圍0.5mm-3.0mm. 其他的方便使用功能都在操作面板上；
