機器的使用與保養：
1、機器在裝箱強，為防止機件生銹，涂有防銹油脂，由于貯藏和運輸，可能造成油脂硬化和積聚灰塵，使用前必須將表面的油脂用汽油清洗干凈，并用潔凈的棉紗或軟布干。
2、機器在運轉前，必須對各處油孔加注縫紉機油，然后再開(kāi)空車(chē)試運轉。手輪旋轉方向為逆時(shí)針?lè )较颍ú僮髡呙嫦蚴州啠?。機器在正常使用時(shí)，要時(shí)常加注潤滑油，每班不得少于兩次。
3、機器的工作速度按操作者的熟練程度而異，新機器安裝后，應有一段低速磨合階段，按800轉/分鐘運轉一個(gè)月后，再加快到額定轉速，但不得超過(guò)1000轉/分鐘，以免因轉速過(guò)高引起機件損傷，影響機器的使用壽命。
