送紙單元
·可連續或隔張送紙（有計數器）。
·采用前緣滾輪送紙，可調整送紙行程，減輕拉紙輥的壓力。
·前緣送紙加大吸風(fēng)流量，送紙更平穩、準確。
·變頻控制真空氣流及壓力，以配合紙板尺寸。
·拉紙膠輥為雙層膠，內層軟、外層硬，既保持內層彈性又保證表面耐磨，減少壓扁送入 , 的紙板。
·除塵裝置：毛刷及風(fēng)機清除紙板表面紙屑。多個(gè)風(fēng)機直抽加多排靜電毛刷 及轉動(dòng)圓毛刷，清除紙板表面粉塵。
·拉紙膠輥間隙，左右擋紙板位置，電腦控制調整。
·后托紙架電動(dòng)控制前后，加快設置速度。

·全程真空吸附高精度傳送，套印精度高。
· 印刷單元固定機組加寬，有助于油墨干燥，保證套印精度（可選裝烘干系統）。

·設有卡紙感應器，使操作更安全可靠。
The fixed group be widen of the polishing unit,it can help speed up the oil-dry.
·You can adopt water base or UV varnish to polish when the polishing unit works,also to use as printing unit.

干燥單元
·伺服電機驅動(dòng)，保證不影響印刷精度。
·干燥單元可選購紅外線(xiàn)或紫外線(xiàn)干燥系統。
·根據紙板的寬度，可分段控制紅外燈管，節約能源。
·紫外線(xiàn)干燥方式快速烘干印刷品表面的 UV 光油，避免模切時(shí)出現的拖花現象；同時(shí)也有效提高了產(chǎn)品的印刷速度

模切單元
·伺服電機驅動(dòng)，保證印刷單元震動(dòng)少，印刷更精準。
·膠墊輥補償采用獨立馬達驅動(dòng)，控制膠墊輥筒的速度，補償范圍 ±3.5mm，使膠墊輥與刀模輥速度保持一致。
·膠墊輥機械螺旋換向 50mm 游動(dòng)裝置，提高了膠墊的使用壽命。
·橫向相位，電腦及電動(dòng)數字式控制，控制范圍在±10mm。
·模切相位調整通過(guò) PLC 伺服驅動(dòng)。
·膠墊輥切削修平結構，保持膠墊表面平整。
