該儀器為數字顯示，手動(dòng)轉動(dòng)絲杠施加壓力，適用于各類(lèi)巖石膨脹性試驗中的體積不變條件下的膨脹壓力試驗，配有透水板，千分表等試驗裝置。

巖石膨脹壓力試驗儀試驗步驟：
■將試件放人內壁涂有凡士林的金屬套環(huán)內，在試件上下分別放置薄型濾紙和金屬透水板。
■安裝加壓系統及量測試件變形的測表。
■應使儀器各部位和試件在同一軸線(xiàn)上，不得出現偏心荷載。
■對試件施加產(chǎn)生O.O1MPa壓力的荷載，測讀試件變形測表讀數，每隔l0min讀數1次，直至3次讀數不變。
■加的荷載，應保持試件高度在整個(gè)試驗過(guò)程始終不變。
■開(kāi)始時(shí)每隔10min讀數1次，連續3次讀數差小于0.001mm時(shí)，改為每1h讀數1次
■浸水后總試驗時(shí)間不得少于48h.
■試驗過(guò)程中，應保持水位不變。水溫變化不得大于2℃
■試驗結束后，應描述試件表面的泥化和軟化現象。
Rock expansion pressure tester test steps:
■ Place the test piece on the inner wall of the metal collar of Vaseline, and place thin filter paper and metal permeable plate on top of the test piece.
■Installation of the pressure system and the measurement of the deformation of the test piece.
■ The parts of the instrument and the test piece should be on the same axis, and no eccentric load should occur.
■ Apply a load of O.O1MPa pressure to the test piece, read the deformation table reading of the test piece, and read it every l0min until the reading is unchanged.
■ For the applied load, the height of the test piece should be kept constant throughout the test.
■Read every 10 minutes at the beginning, and change the readings every 1h to 1 time for 3 consecutive readings.
■ The total test time after water immersion shall not be less than 48h.
■ The water level should be kept constant during the test. Water temperature change must not exceed 2 °C
■ After the test, the muddy and softened surface of the test piece should be described.

膨脹性試驗記錄應包括巖石名稱(chēng)、試驗編號、試件編號、試件描述、試件尺寸、溫度、試驗時(shí)間、軸向變形、徑向變形和軸向荷載。
