說(shuō)明及特點(diǎn):
1、該型分切機適合于分切PE、PP、PET,PVC等塑料薄膜，復合膜，
膜，彩印膜、卷筒紙等。是薄膜、薄片二次加工以及彩印包裝企業(yè)的理想機型。
2、整機由PLC集中控制（三矢量電機）并采用觸摸屏人機界面對整機進(jìn)行集中操作。
3、放卷采用氣動(dòng)剎車(chē)制動(dòng)器，由PLC自動(dòng)計算卷徑實(shí)現自動(dòng)張力控制。
4、牽引控制由一臺矢量變頻電機驅動(dòng)，實(shí)現恒線(xiàn)速度控制，并有效地隔斷收放卷張力之間的相互影響。
5、收卷軸采用氣漲軸收卷由二臺矢量變頻電機獨立驅動(dòng)，收卷張力控制，根據收卷直徑，分切厚度，設定張力等參數，由PLC運算實(shí)現自動(dòng)張力遞增。（可選滑差氣漲軸）
6、收卷軸上下壓輥離合采用氣動(dòng)裝置，壓力大小通過(guò)調壓閥控制。
7、放卷用無(wú)軸裝卸料，氣動(dòng)鎖緊，電動(dòng)調寬窄，料卷氣動(dòng)升降，裝卸料方便、效率高。
8、放卷EPC糾編裝置可準確控制端面精度。
9、分切采用分切裝置，端面整齊，有邊廢料風(fēng)送。（紙張需購置圓刀分切裝置）
10、整機由同步帶、同步輪為傳動(dòng)方式，執行與鎖緊采用氣動(dòng)方式
