該機型專(zhuān)為渦流皮輥磨礪設計制造，其特點(diǎn)是采用內撐夾持方式夾持皮輥磨礪，
精度高，摒棄了從機軸上拆下通過(guò)裝上假軸進(jìn)行磨礪和光照，
節省人工和工作強度，配置的紫外線(xiàn)光照機將磨后的皮輥直接轉入光照機中完成光照。
本機還隨機配置渦流皮輥周轉專(zhuān)用盤(pán)運行故障低，維護成本低。
Specially designed and manufactured for vortex roller sharpening,
the roller is held by internal clamping method with high precision.
Instead of removing the roller from the machine shaft,
the fake shaft is installed for sharpening and lighting.
The ultraviolet light machine will directly transfer the roller after
grinding into the light machine to complete the lighting.
