三、工作原理：
在風(fēng)洞中置有與空氣流方向平行的試板架，起動(dòng)軸流風(fēng)機后，用風(fēng)量調控裝置將風(fēng)速調控在3±0.3m/s內，將涂刮好的試板置于檢風(fēng)洞中的試板架上，按產(chǎn)品標準要求調節干燥控制時(shí)間，待到時(shí)間后，自動(dòng)停機，目測試板表面有無(wú)裂紋出現。

四、操作規程：
? 風(fēng)速計的操作：
（1） 將1號電池4節置入風(fēng)速儀底蓋內，測頭插頭插入儀器插孔內。
（2） 儀表盤(pán)電源轉換開(kāi)關(guān)置于“通”的位置，校正開(kāi)關(guān)置于“滿(mǎn)度”位置，調節“滿(mǎn)度粗調”及“滿(mǎn)度細調”旋鈕，使電表指針在滿(mǎn)度刻度位置。
（3） 校正開(kāi)關(guān)置于“零位”位置，調節“零位粗調”，及“零位細調”旋鈕，使電表指針在零點(diǎn)位置。
（4） 反復操作（2）、（3）項，直至調準為止。
? 計時(shí)器的操作：
本計時(shí)器延時(shí)范圍0.01秒—99小時(shí)99分，任意預置，中間按鍵為時(shí)段開(kāi)關(guān)。

(3) Set the calibration switch to the "zero position", adjust the "zero coarse adjustment" and "zero fine adjustment" knobs so that the meter pointer is at the zero position.
(4) Repeat operations (2) and (3) until the alignment is completed.
? Timer operation:
The delay range of this timer is 0.01 seconds-99 hours and 99 minutes, which can be preset arbitrarily, and the middle button is the time period switch.

? Gently pull the plug of the probe to expose the hot ball. The red dot of the probe is aligned with the wind direction and inserted into the test hole perpendicular to the wind direction. The depth of insertion is generally the middle position of the test plate. The wind direction shall be adjusted within 3 ± 0.3m / s, and the air-drying work shall begin.
? When the timer reaches the preset time, the test machine stops working, remove the test plate, and visually inspect the surface for cracks.
