三、安裝使用：
★打開(kāi)包裝箱，按儀器成套及技術(shù)文件來(lái)檢查儀器外表及相關(guān)配件，如無(wú)損壞或缺失，則按結 構圖所示安裝。
★檢查電源接地是否良好。
★打開(kāi)電源開(kāi)關(guān)，指示燈亮，隨后**可以進(jìn)行試驗操作。
★將試樣杯用溶劑洗凈、烘干，裝置于支架上。
★安裝溫度計，將溫度計垂直插入試樣杯中，溫度計的水銀球距杯底約6.5mm，位置在與點(diǎn)火器相對一側距杯邊緣16mm處。
★將試樣準備好后，注入試樣杯中至標線(xiàn)處，并使試樣杯其它部位不沾有瀝青。（注：試樣加熱溫度不能超過(guò)閃點(diǎn)以下55℃）

★ Install the thermometer, insert the thermometer vertically into the sample cup, the mercury ball of the thermometer is about 6.5mm from the bottom of the cup, and the position is 16mm from the edge of the cup on the side opposite to the igniter.
★ After preparing the sample, pour it into the sample cup to the marked line, and keep the other parts of the sample cup free of asphalt. (Note: The sample heating temperature cannot exceed 55 ° C below the flash point)
★ All devices should be placed in a place with dark indoor lighting and no significant air circulation, and surrounded by wind screens on three sides.
★ Connect the igniter to a flammable full pressure vessel (such as liquefied propane gas or natural gas) with a hose, turn the igniter to one side, test the ignition, and debug the flame into the shape of a standard ball or a small ball with a diameter of 4mm ± 0.8mm Flame test.
四、試驗步驟：
★開(kāi)始加熱試驗，使升溫速度迅速地達到14℃/min~17℃/min。待試樣溫度達到預期閃點(diǎn)前56℃時(shí)，調節加熱器降低升溫速度，以便在預期閃點(diǎn)前28℃時(shí)能使升溫速度控制在5.5℃/min±0.5℃/min。
★試樣溫度達到預期閃點(diǎn)前28℃時(shí)開(kāi)始，每隔2℃按點(diǎn)火器按鈕一次，使點(diǎn)火器的試焰沿試驗杯口中以150mm半徑作弧水平掃過(guò)一次，從試驗杯口的一邊至另一邊所經(jīng)過(guò)的時(shí)間約1s。此時(shí)應確認點(diǎn)火器的試焰為直徑4mm±0.8mm的火球，并位于試驗杯口上方2.5mm處。（注：試驗時(shí)不應對著(zhù)試樣杯呼氣）
★當試樣液面上A初出現一瞬即滅的藍色火焰，立即從溫度計上讀記溫度，作為試樣的閃點(diǎn)。注意勿將試焰四周的藍白色火焰誤認為是閃點(diǎn)火焰。
★繼續加熱，保持試樣升溫速度5.5℃/min±0。5℃/min，并按上述操作要求用點(diǎn)火器點(diǎn)火試驗。
★當試樣接觸火焰立即著(zhù)火，并能繼續燃燒不少于5s時(shí)，停止加熱，并讀記溫度計上的溫度，作為試樣的燃點(diǎn)。
★同一試樣至少平行試驗兩次，兩次測定結果的差值不超過(guò)重復性試驗允許差8℃時(shí)，取其平均值的整數作為試驗結果。
★精密度或允許差：
重復性試驗的允許差為：閃點(diǎn)8℃，燃點(diǎn)8℃；
復現性試驗的允許差為：閃點(diǎn)16℃，燃點(diǎn)14℃。

★ When the blue flame that flashes out at the beginning of A on the sample liquid surface, immediately read the temperature from the thermometer and use it as the flash point of the sample. Be careful not to mistake the blue and white flame around the test flame as a flash point flame.
★ Continue heating, keep the temperature rising rate of the sample at 5.5 ℃ / min ± 0.5 ℃ / min, and use the igniter for ignition test according to the above operation requirements.
★ When the sample immediately ignites upon contact with the flame and can continue to burn for no less than 5s, stop heating and read the temperature on the thermometer as the ignition point of the sample.
★ At least two parallel tests of the same sample, the difference between the two measurement results does not exceed the allowable difference of 8 ℃, the integer of the average value is taken as the test result.
★ Precision or tolerance:
The allowable difference of repeatability test is: flash point 8 ℃, ignition point 8 ℃;
The permissible difference of the reproducibility test is: flash point 16 ° C, ignition point 14 ° C.
