Kl-200ZD automatic edge vertical diagonal cloth rolling machine
適用范圍:
KL-200ZD是KL-286型系列切捆條機的配套機型，適用于各種布料、無(wú)紡布、泡棉、皮革、紙張、反光材料、醋酸布、補強帶、導電布等材料圓包裝及各種織物工切捆條前的重復打卷，能卷制成直紋或45度斜紋卷材。
技術(shù)參數：
門(mén)幅：2.0米（另有2.4米、2.8米、3.2米可選）
卷布直徑：300毫米,也可定制400毫米
卷布速度：80米/分鐘
卷布電機功率：0.75千瓦 小刀片電機功率：0.15千瓦
電源電壓：220V/380V可選 外形尺寸:2.4米×0.85米×1.3米
配備特點(diǎn)：
（1）采用電子對邊裝置，使布匹等材料卷取后，布邊緣整齊一致，且可根據布料種類(lèi)控制卷布的松緊度。
（2）配有米表自動(dòng)控制裝置，可精確計量布米長(cháng)或碼長(cháng)，并自動(dòng)控制。
（3）卷布速度可無(wú)級調節，并可正反轉控制及點(diǎn)動(dòng)自動(dòng)切換，生產(chǎn)效率高，節省人力，單人操作方便。
（4）斜紋卷布可在20度至70度之間調節。
（5）采用不銹鋼布桶，生銹，避免沾污布料。
該機可與CJ-286型切捆條機配套使用，可直接進(jìn)行布料的切條加工。
Application :
As a matching machine of Model KL-286 strip cutting machine, KL-200ZD is widely used in round packing of cloth, non-woven fabrics, foaming cotton, leather, paper, reflective materials, acetate cloth, reinforcing band and electric conduction cloth as well as the repeat rolling of fabrics stripping. It enables to roll it into vertical stripe or 45°twill.

Feature:
(1) Use of electronic edge device, cloth and materials looked the same edge after coiling, choose soft or hard according to the type of cloth.
(2) Equipped with the automatic control device code meter, can accurately remember cloth length and automatic control.
(3) Roller speed can adjusted without distinction, high efficiency, saving human resource, it’s convenient for single to operate.
(4) Tweed cloth can be 20 degree to 70 degree in regulation.
(5) Adoption of stainless steel cloth bucket, which never rust, avoid contaminating cloth.
The machine can be used with Model KL-286 trip cutting machine to make clothe into best use.
