無(wú)源液壓自動(dòng)糾偏裝置常規機型
無(wú)源液壓皮帶自動(dòng)糾偏機的工作過(guò)程
皮帶向一側跑偏后，皮帶會(huì )搭觸在糾偏機檢驅輪上，帶動(dòng)檢驅輪轉動(dòng)，與檢驅輪連接的油泵開(kāi)始旋轉工作，系統由此獲得動(dòng)力。液壓油通過(guò)液控閥、油缸推動(dòng)調心托輥轉動(dòng)，皮帶跑偏得以糾正。無(wú)源液壓自動(dòng)糾偏機是一個(gè)完整閉式系統，整個(gè)工作過(guò)程自動(dòng)化。皮帶不跑偏的情況下，本產(chǎn)品不工作。無(wú)論糾偏機是否正常工作，對皮帶機運行都無(wú)損害。
A 型產(chǎn)品的應用范圍：DTII、TD75型固定皮帶機。
A 型產(chǎn)品結構特點(diǎn)：液壓系統是見(jiàn)的無(wú)源液壓自動(dòng)糾偏機液壓系統布置方式，具有結構簡(jiǎn)單、實(shí)用的特點(diǎn)。它有一個(gè)集中供油的油箱，油缸回油至油箱，皮帶兩邊的油泵分別從油箱中吸油。
A 型產(chǎn)品的不足：由于無(wú)源液壓自動(dòng)糾偏機的檢驅輪的轉速都不高，加上所用的齒輪泵自吸能力不強，在冬季低溫環(huán)境下液壓油粘度大幅增加后，遠離油箱的一端的油泵自吸困難，系統進(jìn)空氣造成故障。這是現在液壓糾偏裝置普遍的技術(shù)短板。
A 型產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)：我公司在以往的經(jīng)驗基礎上，調整了液壓管路走向，在一定程度上緩解了傳統無(wú)源液壓自動(dòng)糾偏機固有的吸油難問(wèn)題。加上采用我公司的防塵防漿抗老化密封裝置，Ａ系列產(chǎn)品性能已經(jīng)有很大的提高。但真正的的改變，則應該應用我公司雙液壓回路技術(shù)。
Ａ系列產(chǎn)品型號：型號是WTC-5AG。

Type A product structure features: hydraulic system is the most common passive hydraulic automatic rectifying machine hydraulic system layout, with simple structure, practical characteristics. It has a central fuel tank with a centralized fuel supply, the cylinder is returned to the central tank, and the pumps on each side of the belt are sucked from the central tank. Shortages of Type A products: due to the low speed of the drive wheel of the passive hydraulic automatic deflector, and the low self-priming capacity of the gear pump used, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil increased significantly in the low temperature environment in winter. The pump at one end away from the central tank is difficult to self-priming, and the systemundefineds air intake causes trouble. This is now the hydraulic deviation correction device common technical deficiency. Model A product improvement: on the basis of previous experience, our company adjusted the direction of hydraulic pipeline, to a certain extent, alleviated the problem of oil absorption inherent in traditional passive hydraulic automatic deviation rectifying machine. With the use of our companyundefineds latest anti-dust, anti-aging sealing equipment, the performance of A-series products has been greatly improved. But the real radical change, should apply our company double hydraulic circuit technology. Up-to-date models for A-Series products: the latest model is WTC-5AG.
