1.使用激光實(shí)現極片表面清粉，提升制造效率同時(shí)提升電芯容量；
2.極片采用氣動(dòng)脹緊方式裝夾上料，配有裝極片的塊規，以便實(shí)現快速換料；
3.激光在清粉過(guò)程中不損傷極片，分別對極片正、反兩面進(jìn)行清粉；
4.激光清粉過(guò)程中有極片表面保護、粉塵吸收功能；
5.極片收卷前配有刷粉、吸塵功能，設備配有工業(yè)吸塵器及整體吸塵管路；
6.激光部分分配有安全防護裝置；
7.清粉后CCD視覺(jué)系統對尺寸、效果進(jìn)行檢測。
