    用途 Usage
    用于中大型變壓器線(xiàn)圈的繞制。
    Expanding mandrel can used for large, giant or main transformer coil winding.
    構成：
    可調模主要由鼠籠、滑套組件、撐桿組件、基礎撐條、附加撐條、傳動(dòng)部分及T型直角限位器組成。
    Expanding mandrel is mainly composed of mouse cage, sliding sleeve assembly, supporting pole assembly, attached pole, transmission parts and T-type right angle limiter components.
    可根據每個(gè)客戶(hù)的需要，并結合客戶(hù)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗，靈活的設備結構。
    According to the needs of each client, we can develop a flexible device structure.
    特點(diǎn) Characteristics
    1、 適用于繞制內徑在規定范圍內的高、中、低壓線(xiàn)圈。
    2、 適用于卷繞材料卷的放開(kāi)和收卷；適用于與臥式繞線(xiàn)機和立式繞線(xiàn)機適用。
    3、 減速器可用于手柄或電動(dòng)扳手操作。
    4、 模具的滑動(dòng)部位，主軸的滑動(dòng)套與花盤(pán)之間，撐桿與鋁排的連接處，撐桿和花盤(pán)的連接均采用無(wú)油潤滑。
    5、 絲母采用雙金屬離心澆鑄，區別于其他廠(chǎng)家通常采用的銅螺母，能夠有效的避免受力開(kāi)裂現象。
    1、 Suitable for winding inner hole within the prescribed scope of high, medium and low voltage coil.
    2、 The material is suitable for winding roll opening and winding; For use with horizontal and vertical winding machine.
    3、 Speed reducer can be used to handle or electric wrench operation.
    4、 Die sliding parts, main shaft between the sliding sleeve and faceplate, the joint of poles and LvPai, poles and faceplate connection adopts oil-free lubrication bearing lubrication.
    5、 Silk mother uses the bimetallic centrifugal casting, different from other manufacturers usually adopt coppernut, can effectively avoid the stress cracking phenomenon.
