DC1420物料角閥一般安裝在容器或者反應釜的底部，對該類(lèi)型閥門(mén)的工作穩定性、可靠性及壽命有較高的要求。其光滑流線(xiàn)型的閥體流道設計，球形單座的閥芯形式，易于介質(zhì)的流動(dòng)。廣泛應用于聚合反應、化纖、食品、發(fā)酵等行業(yè)，對于漿料、高密度流體場(chǎng)合，亦是理想的選擇。在選用該型號閥門(mén)時(shí)，必須認真考慮介質(zhì)的物理性質(zhì)，化學(xué)物性，溫度，壓力等因素對閥門(mén)的影響，確保閥門(mén)能正常工作，避免因此產(chǎn)生安全事故。根據作用形式的不同可分為上展式物料角閥和下展式物料角閥。根據安裝位置的不同可分為45°和60°以及90°三種形式。
