用途與特點(diǎn) Use and Characteristics

　該機又名下料機，用于皮革加工業(yè)、制衣業(yè)、箱包業(yè)、包裝業(yè)、玩具業(yè)、文具業(yè)、汽車(chē)工業(yè)使用成型刀模對皮革、橡膠、塑料、紙板、布料、純棉、尼龍、人造革、PVC板等物料高精度裁斷作業(yè)。
1、采用雙油缸，精密四柱平衡連桿機構，保證每一個(gè)裁斷位置裁斷深度*相同。
2、裁斷機板下壓接觸刀模時(shí)自動(dòng)慢切，使裁斷機zui上層與zui下層沒(méi)有尺寸誤差。
3、*的設定構造，配合裁斷刀及裁斷高度，使行程調整簡(jiǎn)單，準確。
4、設有自動(dòng)潤滑系統，確保機器精密及提高機器耐用度。
The machine is used for high-precision cutting work of materials with moulded cutting diesuch as leather,latex,plastics,paperboard,fabrics,pure cotton, nylon, artificial leather and PVC plate in those industries like leather processing, clothing,shoes,box and case,packing,toy,stationery and auto.
1.With double oil cylinders,four-column guide and automatically balancing link rod structure to ensure the compley same cutting depth of each cutting position.
2. With automatic lubricating system with easy operation,low fault rate and strong cutting force.
3. Automatic slow cutting when the cutting plate presses doeneard and touches the cutting die, ensuring no size error between the top and bottom layers of cutting materials.
4. Specially set structure to fit the cutting knife and cutting height,contributing to simple and accurate travel adjustment.
