CXB系列船用對外消防泵為臥式結構，由船用柴油機或船用電機驅動(dòng)。在艦船上輸送海水或淡水，供消防炮實(shí)施對外或對內滅火。
本系列泵主要由船用柴油機驅動(dòng)，個(gè)別配套功率較小的規格也可采用電動(dòng)機驅動(dòng)。
本系列泵從驅動(dòng)端看，有兩種轉向選擇（順或逆時(shí)針），但其轉軸上的螺紋互為相反。我公司可以根據客戶(hù)要求配套消防炮及操縱系統成套供應。
The CXB series marine external fire pump is horizontal structure, driven by marine diesel engine or marine motor. It is used for transporting seawater or fresh water on boats for external or internal fire fighting by fire monitor.
This series of pump is mainly driven by marine diesel engine. Those with smaller power may also be driven by motor.
Viewing from the motor, there is two turning you can choices, but the crew thread in the shaft must be inverse.We can provide fire fighting cannon and control system bases to client’s request.
CWY型船用柴油機應急消防泵，是根據中國船級社《鋼質(zhì)海船入級規范-2020》以及《國際海上人命安全公約》等有關(guān)條文的規定研制的。主要用于船舶應急消防，同時(shí)也適用于工礦企業(yè)、港口碼頭、倉庫貨場(chǎng)等場(chǎng)所。
該泵組具有重量輕、體積小、移動(dòng)靈活、起動(dòng)迅速、出水時(shí)間快、燃油箱容量大、耐腐蝕、使用可靠、維護方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本型泵有手動(dòng)和電起動(dòng)兩種形式，用戶(hù)在訂貨時(shí)說(shuō)明。
口徑為φ50～φ65的泵組起動(dòng)方式為手拉起動(dòng)和電起動(dòng)，柴油機形式為立式、單缸、四沖程、風(fēng)冷。
口徑為φ80～φ100的泵組采用彈簧起動(dòng)器起動(dòng)和電起動(dòng)，柴油機形式為立式、多缸、四沖程、水冷。也可按風(fēng)冷要求配套。
CWY-type Marine diesel emergency fire pump is developed in accordance with relevant provisions of The Rules and Regulations for the Construction of Sea-going Steal Ships- 2020, issued by China Classification Society (CCS), and the International Convention on the Safety of Life at Sea. It is mainly applied in emergency fire protection for vessels, and, additionally, in industrial and mining enterprises, ports and docks, warehouse or freight yard etc.
The pump integrates widely acclaimed features such as light weight, small size, flexibility in moving, rapid starting, rapid discharge, large capacity of fuel tank, anti-corrosion, reliability ａnd ease of maintenance etc. As two types of pumps are available for sale, user should note his/her preference when making an order.
When the Diameter is betweenφ50 to φ65, The pump set may be started by manual or electrically started. The diesel engine may be vertical, single-cylinder, 4-stroke and air cooled.
When the Diameter is betweenφ80 to φ100, The pump set may be started by spring starter or electrically started. The diesel engine may be vertical, multi-cylinder, 4-stroke and water cooled. The outlet may be deployed as required for air cooling.
