五、 產(chǎn)品結構:
PA-100型電液伺服疲勞試驗機主要由四柱式主機、伺服油源、冷油機、全數字測控器(DOLI580/I50)、計算機系統等五部分組成。主機由機架,伺服作動(dòng)器,液壓夾具等構成。機架為組件,整體鑄造加工的鐵地板四角通過(guò)四根光杠與移動(dòng)橫梁組成承載框架,移動(dòng)橫梁安裝伺服作動(dòng)器,伺服作動(dòng)器活塞使用消隙墊與負荷傳感器及液壓夾具連接。移動(dòng)橫梁升、降,夾具鎖緊、松開(kāi)和急停按鈕布置在手控盒操作面板上。移動(dòng)橫梁裝有液壓鎖緊機構,并應用鉸鏈與高品質(zhì)的工程缸和機架聯(lián)接,升降方便,鎖緊可靠。

六、系統性能介紹:
軟件面板除下拉式菜單外,有同時(shí)顯示試驗力、位移、變形、時(shí)間、疲勞次數及當前試驗速度的窗口。試驗力顯示窗口,除實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)顯示試驗力外,還有試驗力的峰值顯示窗口(即試驗中的大值)、試驗力的谷值顯示窗(即試驗中的小值)、試驗力的均值顯示窗(即試驗中的平均值)等其它窗口。
試驗曲線(xiàn)窗口,在試驗過(guò)程中能動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)時(shí)顯示力-位移、力-時(shí)間、位移-時(shí)間(可根據操作者需要任意選擇)。對比環(huán)控制試驗除顯示試驗曲線(xiàn)的主窗口外,還具有同時(shí)顯示力-時(shí)間、位移-時(shí)間窗口,這對觀(guān)測閉環(huán)控制試驗是非常有意義的。
軟件的安全性好,不存在由于軟件誤操作而引起計算機死機、試驗機損壞等現象。為提高軟件的安全性,加入了權限保護和信息提示. 權限分為(高管理員、普通管理員、試驗員、老師、學(xué)生),不同的權限有不同的操作權力,所以避免了試驗員和學(xué)生在試驗時(shí)的誤操作。信息分為(系統信息、警告信息、友情提示信息、報錯信息),在試驗前后的整個(gè)過(guò)程中都會(huì )有信息在提示試驗操作者該做什么。試驗參數按步驟進(jìn)行輸入,不完成前一步驟,不能進(jìn)入下一步驟;在進(jìn)入試驗后,一些容易引起誤操作的按鈕失去作用,如快速按鈕、清零按鈕等。
試驗前只要定義好自已的試驗方案,在試驗時(shí)只要選擇方案名就可以直接進(jìn)行試驗無(wú)需再設置其它參數,在不改變試驗要求的前提下,試驗時(shí)只需三步即可(選擇方案名,編號名稱(chēng),開(kāi)始試驗),使繁瑣的試驗變得非常簡(jiǎn)單.也可在試驗過(guò)程中隨時(shí)改變試驗速度,結束條件及要求的試驗結果等無(wú)限制的所有信息。
數據管理模塊能自動(dòng)處理試驗結果。
報告格式分為(Word格式報告/Excel格式報告),系統自定義的格式報告。測試報告除包括試驗標題、試驗內容、試驗設備、試樣尺寸參數、性能、計算結果及試驗曲線(xiàn),還包括試驗者姓名、環(huán)境條件等常規選項,其它選項可任意定義。

In order to improve the security of the software, permission protection and information prompts have been added. The permissions are divided into (high administrators, ordinary administrators, testers, teachers, students), and different permissions have different operating powers, so it avoids testers and Misoperation of students in the experiment. The information is divided into (system information, warning information, friendship prompt information, error information). There will be information prompting the test operator what to do during the whole process before and after the test. The test parameters are entered step by step. If the previous step is not completed, the next step cannot be entered; after entering the test, some buttons that easily cause misoperation, such as quick buttons, reset buttons, etc., lose their function.
As long as you define your own test plan before the test, you can directly perform the test as long as you select the name of the plan during the test. No need to set other parameters. Under the premise of not changing the test requirements, only three steps are required during the test (select the name of the plan, Number name, start test), which makes the tedious test very simple. You can also change the test speed, end conditions and required test results at any time during the test.
