用途：根據刀模裁斷出需要的橡膠片樣式
特點(diǎn)：1.不漏壓！不漏油??！

使用說(shuō)明：
公共設備電力：電壓380V,50Hz。
主電源線(xiàn)：2.5平方毫米 三芯線(xiàn)
1. 油箱的油保持干凈，以免損壞油路的配件。
2. 加46# 液壓油顯示油表至80%。液壓油需每年更換一次。
3. 先馬達啟動(dòng)，按上升下降5-6次，再按自動(dòng)。
4. 按照鞋模高度調整氣缸高低開(kāi)關(guān)和油馬達的送料時(shí)間長(cháng)短。
5. 調定件數，按自動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)。
6. 如發(fā)現膠片有時(shí)長(cháng)時(shí)短
A.要檢查譯碼器的傳動(dòng)齒輪是否有松動(dòng)，齒輪間隙是否過(guò)大。
B.檢查壓輥兩端彈簧是否過(guò)松。
C.檢查傳動(dòng)鏈條是否松動(dòng)。
D.進(jìn)料時(shí)膠片一定要通過(guò)每一條過(guò)橋輥。
E.調整進(jìn)料壓力閥和節流閥。
F.如發(fā)現有阻料現象，按照上面6中的D解決。并送料一定要平整進(jìn)入。
7.如發(fā)現料有切不斷
A.查看刀模是否平整。
B.調整延長(cháng)時(shí)間。
C.調整壓力閥。
8.油壓高使用壓力為100kg/cm ,一般常用50-70kg.
9.活塞和缸套應保持潤滑油脂，一個(gè)星期注油一次（有氣泡時(shí)注油）
10.在正常使用過(guò)程中故障小，一般多為保險絲燒掉，操作面板損壞，電磁線(xiàn)圈損壞，電眼（傳感器）沾粉。

INSTRUCTIONS:
Public equipment：Power: 380V,50Hz.
Host power line: 2.5mm2 three -core
1. Keep the oil in tank clean, avoid damaging its accessories.
2. Add the 46# hydraulic oil until oil gauge reach to 80%. The hydraulic oil needs to be replaced once a year.
3. Start MORTOR, press UP and DOWN buttons 5-6 times, and then press the AUTO button.
4. Adjust the cylinder HIGH-LOW button to set the cutting speed and time according to the height of shoe moulds.
5. Set a specific figure for number of units, and then press the AUTO button.
6. If found the rubber cut being long or short unequally.
A. Check whether the transmitting gear of decoder work nomally, whether gear space is too big.
B. Check if the springs at two sides of roller are too loose.
C. Check whether the transmission chain too loose.
D. When feeding, the rubber must be through every gap bridge rollers.
E. Adjust feeding pressure valve & throttling valve.
F. If found any stop-feeding phenomenon, solve it according above 6(D). Feeding must be put into in the same level.
7. If found the rubber could not be cut.
A. Check whether the cutting die is flat.
B. Adjust to elongate the cutting time.
C. adjust pressure valve.
8. The highest pressure in using is 100kg/cm about hydraulic oil, the nomal one being 50-70kg.
9. Piston & cylinder linner must be keep lubrication by adding oil once a week (when bubble appears)
10. Little fault under normal use, it is ordinary because fuse burned, panel damaged electromagnetic coil damaged, or powder attaches to transducer.
