產(chǎn)品概述：
單翼跌落試驗機可對包裝件的面、角、棱作自由跌落試驗，配備數顯高度顯示儀及采用譯碼器進(jìn)行高度跟蹤，從而能精確地給出產(chǎn)品跌落高度，與預設跌落高度誤差不超過(guò)2%或10mm。本機采用單臂雙柱結構，具有電動(dòng)復位、電控跌落及電動(dòng)升降裝置：使用方便；的液壓緩沖裝置大大的提高了機器使用壽命、平穩性及安全性 單臂設置，可方便地放置產(chǎn)品，跌落角度沖擊面與底板平面角度誤差小于等于5°。
技術(shù)參數：
跌落試驗機為產(chǎn)品包裝后在模擬不同的棱、角、面于不同的高度跌落于地面時(shí)的情況，從而了解產(chǎn)品受損情況及評估產(chǎn)品包裝組件在跌落時(shí)所能承受的墮落高度及耐沖擊強度。從而根據產(chǎn)品實(shí)際情況及國家標準范圍內進(jìn)行改進(jìn)、完善包裝設計。本試驗機是為測試各種產(chǎn)品包裝好后在搬運或運輸過(guò)種中,受到墮落而導致產(chǎn)品內部受損情況,而為事先預防除害,既可用本機來(lái)預期進(jìn)行測試,從而得出佳解決方法,以便在運送途中能盡量減少損失,以及評估電子組件在搬運時(shí)受技術(shù)參數：
