DC7000排污閥 DC7000 blowdown valve
高溫高壓鍋爐排污閥廣泛用于連續節流控制或者鍋爐水的間斷排放,是專(zhuān)門(mén)針對鍋爐水排放工況的高壓差、高流速、沖刷嚴重等特點(diǎn)特殊設計的產(chǎn)品,分為直通式、角式、串聯(lián)式和Y型4種結構。套筒導向多級降壓結構以及閥座出口文丘里管的設計能夠有效控制出口流速,表面硬化處理能有效延長(cháng)使用壽命。
高溫高壓鍋爐排污閥標準結構為手動(dòng)控制,也可以根據要求選用 氣動(dòng)和電動(dòng)控制,氣動(dòng)控制配以電磁閥、氣控閥、快速排放閥等附件可實(shí)現快速切斷,切斷時(shí)間為1S、2S、3S、4S等。

High temperature and high pressure boiler blowdown valve is widely used for continuous throttling control or intermittent discharge of boiler water. It is a product specially designed for the characteristics of high pressure difference, high flow rate and severe erosion of boiler water discharge conditions. 高壓鍋爐排污閥分類(lèi) Classification of high pressure boiler blowdown valve
連續排污閥
主要用于鍋爐水的連續排放,目的是為了控制高壓鍋爐水中的溶解化學(xué)物的含量,防止鍋爐水飽和后產(chǎn)生溶解鹽,為了再循環(huán)利用,排出的高壓鍋爐水通常會(huì )排放到閃蒸罐中用于其他低壓蒸汽的利用,連續排出的鍋爐水也可直接用于檢測水中的化學(xué)成分含量。
Continuous blowdown valve

The purpose is to control the content of dissolved chemicals in high-pressure boiler water and prevent the generation of dissolved salts after the boiler water is saturated. 間斷排污閥
間斷排污閥分為底部排污閥和吹掃排污閥,底部排污閥通常直接安裝于鍋爐的底部,主要利用鍋爐自身的壓力來(lái)定期排放鍋爐底部的顆粒、污垢等沉積物,防止造成管道的堵塞等;吹掃排污閥主要用于鍋爐管線(xiàn)上堆積固體顆粒等快速吹掃排放以及鍋爐冷凝水的排放等。通常使用Y型結構,流通性好,不易堆積固體顆粒。
